The Birchwood Brook 5K Race😀🚀💪⚙️

Here's a video of the Birchwood Brook 5K race which took place a week ago, and if you recall, I did the Dunham Massey 5K the week before, part of the same North Cheshire Grand Prix series. I wasn't going to do a video as there was no running content but after seeing the race on Strava, my subscribers persuaded me to even though I wasn't sure if it was that good😂😂

To be honest, we were really lucky to race in dry conditions, I wouldn’t have thought that as I walked out of the front door😂Looking forward to Saturday, weather seems fairly settled at the moment😊
