As ill advised as it is for John Paul to make that threat, it’s clear he’s suffering terribly with everything that’s happened and maybe as someone that used to profess to love him and claims to still be his friend, James could try to help him instead of continuing this petty fued. JP was no part of what Goldie and Mercy did.

@@ChelseyLinden i feel for John Paul but james is hurting too and it's not that he doesn't care for him any more it's just he hasn't even gotten an apology from Goldie and Mercy and no one seems to care what they did to james just what james is doing now which is driving me nuts it's like Ste doesn't even care talk about supposedly loving some one you would think he would be trying to get an apology from Mercy and Goldie instead of taking money without his husband knowing and I know it might not have worked but maybe it would have but we won't know now

Umm James literally killed their dog (albeit accidentally), nothing the McQueens did compares to that
I’ve always admired the McQueens for banding together when there’s a problem. That and the fact they always have a fire to defend what’s their’s makes me admire them more. I am confident they could take on James if they put their minds to it.

Maisy-Rae Catton OA I liked the soft James but having him going after the McQueen’s is ridiculous but Goldie and Mercedes deserve this but not Hunter, John Paul, Nana Prince or Sally.
The only one who I appreciate in all this is Ste trying to keep the peace. JP has been so annoying for a long time now. He never properly recovered from all his trauma and addiction and is now lashing out.

After all you said it yourself John Paul had nothing to to do with that memory stick being broken or anything he doesn’t deserve this and neither does Hunter, Nana, Prince or Sally. However if they lose their home maybe they should move back into their old house where they used to live. (Truthfully I miss that house it was amazing)

What a stupid empty threat and such a poorly written moment. More likely to get John-Paul in trouble than James considering there were witnesses to the attack, witnesses to what lead to the attack and James was still in the club when Scott and Ste found John-Paul so has an alibi. And John-Paul did a photo-fit of the guy that was put all over the village. Does this show ever pay attention to what it writes from episode to episode? And the idea that James would be swayed by this. Isn't he supposed to be a lawyer? You'd think that would mean being acquainted with the law. Please tell me we're finally seeing the back of this storyline. No wonder people are getting fired if this is the best they can up with.

That’s an absolutely disgusting threat, I don’t care what JP is going through he shouldn’t threaten to cause an innocent gay man of a hate crime. I’m disgusted with his behaviour and definitely team James after that
James is not an innocent gay man. The guy is trying to evict his whole family over some pettiness, besides there's no just cause for James to evict them. Yes, what JP is doing with James is extreme but James's behaviour towards his family is bordering on abusive just BC he represents their landlord. I feel slightly sorry for James losing both his mother and his little sister Juliet but taking out that pain, grief and trauma out on ppl that didn't hurt him is taking it way too far.
