I have the 521 and I love it I live in Florida I’ve used it during a hurricane and it worked great. I was able to run my fiber modem and use a portable monitor with a fire stick and kept everyone entertained for about 10 hours. And I just recharged it with a Fanttik solar panel in about 4 hours.
Appreciate the review! My Anker 535 showed up today, charging through the rear port and USB-C. Arrived with 24% charge, and estimates a 3 hour charge time. I’m timing it now and it seems to be on point, accepting 107W from the plug, and another 15W from my Anker PowerPort PD 1 USB-C charger. I own six Anker small battery banks, ranging from 3350-21000 mAHh and they all have worked great over the years. Some of the reviews could be affiliate based and possibly specific units could have been sent to those reviewers. I like to find reviews like yours where there’s no affiliation. Hopefully my unit works as described, but if not, I may make my own review. Good luck with your next battery purchase!
I always buy my power banks from the company direct, much easier than dealing with a third party and the unit is already registered through them making it easier for a replacement. I got 2ea. Of the 535’s and am very pleased👍

I had no issues of and it can run a small fridge for about 5 hours the only problem with that is that it doesn’t charge fast enough on solar so I only got an extra two hours out of it. You need a bigger model battery if you really want to take advantage of 100w charging. You only get max 60w because the 521 is limited.

My Anker 521 - Totally useless - load of issues with mine and plenty of other users, mines dead now too - won’t charge/ was replaced under warranty ( I bought used on eBay but had original buyers details.) Solar charging issues, Display never showed correct % from the start - would show 70% then dead instantly at 0. Replacement is doing exactly the same issues - incorrect display 100-1% instantly, now stuck at 1% and won’t charge too!! suggest any buyers find something better.

It’s been a while but I’m pretty sure it’s the power station because I tried charging it through the back of the unit, through solar and I think you’re able to charge it through USB-C and all three of them didn’t work.

The small form factor is useful, I think it would do really well to have a strap on it so you could carry it on your shoulder

Great review! What am I missing? I also bought an anchor, USB-C charger, 60 W and it won’t charge it simultaneously.
How long does it take for the solar to charge it?
