Update: This did actually end up freeing the rear caliper after driving it around a couple of times and applying the emergency brake.

Are you planning on getting an aftermarket exhaust? If so i would recommend Injen or Magnaflow

On the review of the suspension, I would love what difference you objectively feel on its lowest-highest ride setting compared to stock.
Found and watched your whole series after I purchased and fixed up my totaled dart. Enjoyed it thoroughly
-Also had the exact same problem on my dart. Apparently it happens when the car sits for months. Such as on a lot. Ended up buying a new remanufactured pair
