Thank you Dr. Lonnie! I'm a current patient, and I'm not paid or given anything to comment there. He's service is worth every penny. Would treating Scleroderma and autoimmune disease with the antibiotics minocycline and clindamycin IVs be effective in eradicating the disease? The theory of treating these autoimmune conditions comes from Dr. Thomas McPherson Brown, who believed rheumatic autoimmune conditions stem from mycoplasma infections. I'd like to know your opinion. Thank you.
I disagree with use of antibiotics to rid the causes of Scleroderma and other autoimmune diseases. Furthermore, as you stated, "Would treating Scleroderma...", this isn't the way to frame the working with a person who suffers Scleroderma and/or other autoimmune diseases.
Working with the patient to discover which disease-causing infections and toxins exist in his/her tissues...then providing the right course of action to help the patient neutralize these disease-causing agents is key...so the patient can restore his/her optimal health.
Mycoplasma bacteria is only one of many bacteria that invade the body and cause disease.
Viruses, molds, fungi, parasites along with many bacteria and many toxins are always the possibilities we have to assess in every autoimmune patient. Most people have infections from each category, and many toxins, within their bodies all at the same time.
Antibiotics don't rid molds or mycotoxins from molds.
Antibiotics don't rid fungi. Antibiotics can cause further production of fungi in the body.
Antibiotics don't rid parasites.
