He got annoyed for too long by having his summons be instantly countered that he started countering others \ o /
As a Zyra main, that's nothing, wait until you see an Irelia dashing trough your plants to reach you, that's true terror.

As a new Zyra main from arena, it’s safe to say that catching Irelia with your E and then full combo to kill her when she Q’s one of your plants for granted is satisfying af. Truly teaching them to think twice before diving in 😊

Malz is just dishing out what he’s had to deal with for years.
This bug exists atleast since patch 13.18. I play a lot of Zyra Mid and Malzahar was usually a better matchup for her, but since this bug exists this matchup is way harder.

Yeah it's been out for a while now, and I swear Brand had something similar like this, where his E would insta kill some of Zyra's plants
@@turbohotvedt Morde Q one-shots plants if they're isolated. Which makes no sense as it's still an AoE ability regardless of the damage. MF auto doesn't one-shot it or deal more damage because of her passive

@@vitorbordini5246 I mean malzahar as well but his summons are as thin as paper so you cant rely on them unless there is a) no enemy or b) a hard cced enemy.
and when his minions where actually able to tank stuff they where disgusting.
I remembered when Malz jung was a thing, his voidlings are op af both in clear speed and damage to champs
I’ve noticed this bug for months now especially in arena where Zyra is often pick, I always tend to react with malz whenever I see one in the enemy team

Makes you wonder that, with all her talk about how being a plurality being better, would she prefer "they"? Or does she still see herself as one being despite the multiple bodies?
Shes a fictional character so her outlook isnt going to change, but one does have to wonder how duch a state would change a person's sense of self. If shes "of two minds" about something, would those PoVs be represented literally by diffrent dogs?
Malzhar just airdropped a 10 hour montage of deforestation to those plants and they just disappeared in fear
This used to happen as well with heimerdinger turrets. one shot was enough to kill each plant.

This explains a lot. I was in a game against a Malz a while back and it felt like my plants just didn't exist for most of it but I wasn't sure what was happening.
This bug appeared when Rito changed Malefic Vision's tick speed. Of course, rito doesn't care. I can post any bug, but they won't fix it. There is a seven-year-old bug with Zyra. Her enraged plants don't rotate. (They changed plants' hp at season 7). Also. Shaco's boxes and Heimer's turrets are 'two' shooting plants. And you know these have rapid fire. Previously, it worked fine (before S7 "rework")
Naafiri is worse. If Malz e's her dogos after she hit him with q and she jumps away in a safe distance, the dogos port to her and die, so the e from Malz transferrs to Naafiri
Btw zeri passive auto can execute zyra plants as well
@vandiril the same thing also happens with heimerdinger turrets targetting zyra plants I'm pretty sure, last I checked his q turrets auto executed zyra plants
Zyra plants are hella weird. Karma can mantra (ult) W to instakill the plant and also get the first part of the w’s heal if anyone needed a good matchup

This goes back all the way to season 6 or so when Malz was used to counter Zyra supp at worlds. Same goes for MF and her E

I thought I went crazy, I saw this today on live servers in my game. Zyra plants were ulted and somehow they disappeared out of nowhere. I remember it so well cuz I was gonna jump with jax onto them but now I know why they instantly died to malz...

Hypothesis: Zyra plants are, like everything in LoL, are coded as minions. Malz E has an execute on low HP minions. E go Brrrrrrrr.
Solution, buff the health of zyra plants.
After the execution buff on Malzahar E. This happened. So in a way it happened after the E buff patch.
Seems odd that its only the q plants though
There's a client bug if you click the "view profile" after finishing a game. You are stuck forever untill you restart the client.
i would think that this is an interaction between the Malz execution of minions with the E over the plants with less health that are the zyra's Q ones. Something like: if enemy minion is below x health execute. and it just repeats every tic/check
The problem is her q and e plants dont have different amounts of health, or different amount of damage taken.
Both have 8 health, increased to 12 during her ult(with melee autos doing 8 damage, ranged doing 4, single target 8, aoe 4, and dot 2).
Yet only her q plants die instantly.
Didnt know this was a bug, I've been using it for a while
I think it's just an interaction with his E execution threshhold.
I've always used this in ARAM games if i see a zyra in enemy team. Very useful on hitting peiple with E
Kayle also oneshots her plants since her aoe autos count as a spell and an aa at the same time

True. I forgot which summons but in Dota 2 most if not all summons that are not just one or two has 50% AOE resistance no questions asked. This is to prevent them getting one short by AOE spells. While also not making AOE spells useless, it's like somewhere in between.
Best summons that are not ults are always from "tanks" or what I feel they are like Yorick, also, Yorick's goul has this property: Mist Walkers take 50% damage from area of effect abilities and monsters. Single targeted spells and attacks including a turret shot, will instantly kill Mist Walkers. Just look up in wiki in pets section.
Same shit with Shaco boxes, Malz pets, Heimer turrets and Yorick ghouls. They all execute plants in one hit. Shaco was her worst counter for years because of that. Even R empowered plants get deleted in one box shot
I knew he would delete Q plants, I didn’t know E plants actually survive his e for a while.
It’s weird, because generally Zyra wins hard against shorter range mages and then there is malzahar just deleting her damage source. :(

I played this evening on ARAM and I guess there works with both plants. No, im pretty sure, all plants got eggcecuted.
there is a bug with the convert ad to ap with Jana or her allies they keep losing ap with her E
this is patched already

Not really a bug, but TF in arenas can farm a frankly silly amount of gold on Sett rounds by just hard pumping him. I farmed 7000 gold in one round doing it.

I realized that playing Aram 3 weeks ago.
I think it's very unfair some champions can one shot Zyra plants, while others needs like 2 skills or 3 auto attacks.
You're OA, auto-attacks are still free.
I never know zyra's R can empower her plants
What about E plants, empowered by R ?
They should patch this and make it so she gets executed alongside her plants too

I encountered this bug when teaching my Zyra main friend that Malzahar should be a fair-ish matchup and use the plants to extend the amount of time you can run away from a wave , lets just say... it didn't play out like that LMAO
I actually killed a Zyra doing it some days ago, the E jumped from her plants and she had low HP
So now they just need to update this and make her E minions die in the same way

As a Zyra mid main I knew there was a reason this match up felt weird. (My punishment for playing a character mid lane that Riot obviously wants nailed to support.)
Is that the reason why zyra/malzahare Support was so good back in 2017?

but practically you're not gonna waste your E on her plants and at the same time she counters Malz since she can easily proc his spellshield off.
You absolutely are going to e a plant if it is near the minion wave(which you follow up with w to kill the entire thing as usual) or could bounce to her/her ally to do damage(which is not unlike using it on a low health minion for the same effect).
The only time you wouldnt use it is if there was a single plant and no bounce targets.
It's almost always worth it to E zyra plant, for gold and controlling her main gimmick, In Heartstone many things can go wrong for just leaving a minion alive.
@@MangaGamified If the Zyra is smart she would just spawn plants away from her own minions, which would prevent Malz from being Able to farm and push wave if he decided to E her plants, it's a bait setup that Zyra would be able to use against malz.
Not to mention Zyra's seeds get refresh when she kills units, she can oneshot his Voidlings and easily refund her Plants.
The true question should be why Malzahar counters every character and nobody uses it
