One of the cleanest top laners I've seen. It feels like there's not that many tips/tricks to learn this time, he just mechanically outclasses his opponents.
Well you have the micro things like lvl up timers, tempo, back timers, itemization, jg tracking, etc. I mean he's (for me) one of the best mechanical players, but it isn't just that. His map awareness and macro are top notch too.
Alot of these clips are simply knowing when ur champ is strong. These clips were not impressive mechanically. What's impressive is how well this guy knows his numbers.

if you watch his vods you will notice that he doesn't break his camera-lock onto his champion as often as other players. He's just on his champ perma, whether it's Aatrox or Sett or Darius
and he's so fucking chill too. He rarely tilts and when he solokills for the first time, that can pretty much settle the whole top matchup. XiaoChaoMeng is goat

@@moriyasanae8130its literally a rule though? You need a ssn to make a account in korea and chinese people for obvious reasons do not have a korean ssn. He got banned for breaking a rule in the terms of service, not that weird.
It's probably easy to pick up champs when he's this good at spacing. Just look at his movement in every skirmish, he'll avoid 1-3 autos in every clip shown

@@milos9758All the super server players play on korea from china, it’s rare that they fly to korea, meaning he is actually playing on 50 ping vs people less than 5 ping 😂. There’s a reason why all the high elo super server players peak at 1k lp when playing on korea

For me, the most impressive kill was Quiin, like, both of them know that Artrox had the upperhand. Honestly it really wasn't clear for me. The damage knowledge of them both is impressive

He's so aggressive, so confident, godlike farm, spacing, he has everything.
I legit saw him bully a fiora out of lane with KAYLE and i could not believe what i was seeing
Kayle is a Fiora counter tho. She wins 54% of match-ups vs her.

these clips are not from challenger games, these are diamond/low master clips with morde XD. Mordekaiser is troll pick in anything above 50 lp master

Thank you for covering XCM!! Everyone on the superserver acknowledges him as the best bruiser player to ever grace the toplane, seeing him outclass players with a 50 ping diff is just something else
He mentioned in his past streams that before he got big as a streamer he was a Yorick main. And he was most famous for his sett before it lost popularity. I main aatrox but I learnt my Darius, Aatrox, Sett and most importantly toplane wukong from him. If you are really interested in his content or playing toplane, you must check out his wukong top. Having made this z-tier toplane champion work wonders, it is honestly one of the most beautiful and fun thing to watch.
XCM is a beast with his Juggernaut Champion pool.
He knows how to play his matchup really well.
He doesn't play Skirmishers, he plays Juggernauts, which makes it even more impressive considering that Top lane high elo is filled with Skirmishers and ranged champions.

@@flowbie-1336 juggernauts trade speed for durability and power. champs like Mordekaiser and Darius are stereotypical juggernauts. Skirmishers are faster, though much squishier. Examples include Camille, Fiora, and Irelia

skirmisher can also include traditional assassins like akali and talon but not rlly when talking abt toplane
Really nice to see someone that's not a one trick pony these days. This dudes shows mastery over a lot of different bruisers. This is the kind of player I want to be.

yes, I was going to type about it, this is the thing that makes the difference and allows for this kill
I remember seeing that game, I think the Renekton was EDG Flandre, he was solo killed several times that game by XCM
As a toplaner, this video is important to me
same. you can literally tell he's one class above his opponents in all ofthese clips even though it's challenger. there is a lot to learn from all the small stuff he does.

What's most impressive to me is how many champions he's playing. Playing even 1-2 champions at super high level is a lot. Knowing your limits/damage numbers, using their mechanics efficiently and being able to play consistent vs other high level players. He's able to play multiple that's insane.
yeah and they're meta-flexible, darius aatrox renekton, some pantheon, mordekaiser, some ksante, very deep pool
from the other side, the more champions you play, the easier it is to play against them. Just imagine playing against your main champ - you know exactly what, when and why someone will do something.
5:59 One very important thing he does you don't mention : doesn't stick to the left wall, giving him two side to dodges ksante Q making it impossible for anything but random Q prediction to hit.
I watch this dude constantly, master of his craft.

He was probably playing from China, so a VPN would spoof his location to Korea. Probably why his account was banned. Has nothing to do with ping.
What I appreciate the most is his agressive decisionmaking and controlled movements

Most Mordekaiser players go Rylai's first which is fine, but Protobelt gives you insane kill pressure.
Protobelt can go well with Rylai's since the projectiles proc the slow,I take it vs ranged based teamcomps

You forgot to mention, but on the Renekton 1v1 clip, he made sure to ult Renekton after pulling him from the tower so the Arena of his R is limited so the crocodyle can't walk to tower

He isn't even doing some crazy mechanical shit most of the time, most of the time he just knows how much damage he does and how much he can take, some players I know have been doing this back in season 2-3 where they literally made charts for each champion(although they usually one-tricked hypercarries), and the laning phase was impossible to lose, all they had to do is read the chart on the second monitor while checking enemy's items and levels on the main one, it was crazy to see how they dominated every lane.
But it's even crazier to see it now, with like quadriple the champs and all the shit we learned about minion control.
