This little channel is A+ in my book, I'm subscribed to a lot of channels and I won't say that for 90% of those. I'm so surprised this itty bitty little unknow channel would give me so much wisdom that I can truly apply in my life.
I have a mental health issue I've been struggling with for over 5 years and have started to get better early last year. Listening to your videos with Dr. Kevin Vost, and the melancholic temperament has helped me so much in the past week so much that avoided a lot of my usual triggers. And I even had a very heartfelt productive conversation with someone I've been mad at for awhile. I just have this feeling of gratitude because you gave men insight to my temperament. I feel like I'm not really broken or something cause all the qualities you listed out hit so close to home.

I love so much about your podcasts. In this one a huge thing that stood out was the dialog back and forth to see how the one with the temperament would like the issues with their temperament addressed. I think a key unspoken, beautiful example, in your videos is that each couple needs to watch how yall are asking the questions and have the same dialog with their spouse(or whomever, coworker or friend) and learn how THEY would like the questions asked. Thank you for sharing this series!

Incredible insights---from two people who have first hand experience with melancholics. I haven't heard this from anywhere else.
