  • The Perfect Melancholic temperament loves its structure, precision, and drive to get things perfect. As we shift our exploration to the introverted temperaments in part 4 of our 5-part temperaments series, we share why there are so many saints with the Melancholic temperament, and some of the things they had to do to overcome some of its common vices and weaknesses.
We know you Melancholics will be thinking of this podcast for a while! Enjoy.

I really like you guys. You guys are cool. This is great infornation. I am a melancholy 80% and phlegmatic, so I'm trying to find as much info on my temperament as possible and I'm a Christian like yourselves.

Thank you for this series on temperaments. I am a choleric-melancholic. I understand myself more now. Hopefully, I will be able to grow more in virtues using this new self-awareness. Thanks again. :-)

I’m a choleric-melancholic too. For a long time I couldn’t understand why one day I wanted to go out and see my friends, and the next day I needed space and silence 😅
I love setting goals, making lists, cleaning and organizing, immersing myself in spiritual readings. But I certainly struggle with pride and perfectionnisme.

I am definitely sanguine and melancholic. I am a walking paradox! I am very outgoing and very deep. I am very emotionally deep. People often say I am intense! I am not generally sad...but if injustice is involved I will be sad. Life of the party and I love people...at the same time I self reflect all day everyday. Even while having fun. I can also talk for hours about religion, science, philosophy or anything. Your channel is a gem. I am not depressed ever but I do tend to have anxiety. I hate negativity. My sanguine is definitely dominant. I completely live in the gray area! I am very selective about friends but I like deep closeness in friends.
