If Biden is a racist, he must be also a masochist because, let's see, he served as vice president (that is under) the first black president in the history of the US. This dude does not see the contradiction of claiming that Biden is a racist and mentioning Kamala as his vice president and neither do you man. Kamala made a career of locking up people, she must have been a DA or something. You lock up people who commit crime regardless of whether they are black, brown, green etc. Was she supposed to give a break to a criminal cause he is black? If I am from Brasil and a brasilian commits a crime, i want him locked up and punished twice, one for his crime and two for giving me and all decent brasilians a bad name.
Regarding the racial jungle comment, it does not follow from what he said that he was from segregation. He could have meant that he does not want our society to be a racial jungle at all. If I say I don't want my children to be in a violent school, it does not necessarily mean that I want to send him to a nicer school and leave the violent one to others. I mean I want violence in school to disappear so that I can send my children to any school without worrying about the violence. We should all want that.
Now, he also passed the Violence Against Women Act which is kind of important no?

Many of his years in politics have been performing his role of presiding over committees (shiet you got to do) and being the voice of the minority, which given that republicans were in the majority, it sort of guarantees that you will get nothing done.

I am 36 years old. I feel fortunate that the public school I went to was mostly conservative. I never had to break the brainwashing. Kudos to all of you that had the courage to listen to the truth and leave the Democrat party.

First time I ever voted was Obama's first term. I was an 18 year old rebel stoner and all I knew about politics was my dad liked fox news. I voted for Obama because he was black, my thinking was "the first black president, hell yeah I'm not racist." Now I'm older and have realized that voting for somebody because of their skin color is just as racist as not voting for somebody because of their skin color.

Dumb. Prices are up all over the world for everything. Gas prices are dictated by global supply and demand and other market forces largely outside of the president's control. When the pandemic hit, demand went down giving us a surplus which forced prices down. Also, trump showed his spinelessness and softened sanctions on Iran (you know, the terrorists with nukes) which further helped prices go down.
You are assuming that they aren't suffering from cognitive dissonance, though. They don't relate things like that to Biden and think all is well with democrats back in power and Trump out. Most people became political enough to be vocal against Trump and then once he was out, they went back under their rocks and stopped caring again.

Trump also got involved in an organization that , if I remember right, was in Las Vegas. Started by a man who had been released from jail and had issues. So the gentleman set up a program to help people make the transition to jobs and a good life post prison. Trump heard about it and offered financial support.
Then the man sent a note to Trump the first group was graduating. Trump decided to surprise them and come, gave a little speech, and passed out all the diplomas.
He's also loaned money to black businesses . When they become successful and came to pay back that loan he said . No keep it , just the fact you succeeded is repayment enough .

So, to be fair, the Republican Party was not started by Black Americans. But there was a time when they formed a large part of the right wing. The party was originally called the Abolitionist Party (as in abolishing slavery). They changed the name to Republican predominantly to align with the American system, i.e. we are a Constitutional Republic (We are not a democracy).
The first Republican president was Abraham Lincoln. Once slaves were free, they sided almost unanimously with the Republican Party. The Democrats, fearing loss of control or ever holding another office, formed the KKK as the militant wing of the democrat party in order to terrorize Black Americans hoping to keep them from voting.
I hope we can all stand together again like we did in the civil war to defeat our tyrants. This racist narrative is pedaled by one side to continue scaring Black Americans from their destiny in a free and prosperous America.

I was also a strictly democrat voter.
