I'm a white woman in my 50's, and there are many black people in my section of the world who are more successful than I am. I would love to be able to buy a home, to have a better car, to help my kids with their lives, etc. but I've not been able to do those things. I love paycheck to paycheck, and still come up short. I'm a white woman in my 50's, and there are many black people in my section of the world who are more successful than I am. I would love to be able to buy a home, to have a better car, to help my kids with their lives, etc. but I've not been able to do those things. I love paycheck to paycheck, and still come up short. There's no white privilege here.
