The infuriating thing to me was that she basically made 3 points in her first response:
1. Dyson claimed that's Trump's rhetoric was an existential threat to Black Americans and she responded that she's a Black American and has been accosted by left leaning groups with no such push back. His only response was "technically I didn't call for that". Well Maxine Waters did... so there's that
2. That the economy grew well under Trump. His second rebuttal basically danced around it all and still claimed that economic attainment was one of the core needs of the Black community. However he had no rebuttal to how Trump's policies weren't responsible
3. That Dyson was basically spewing nonsense. The host used that as a personal attack and wanted to switch back to Syson who called her a narcissist but she got no similar courtesy
I mean she held her composure far better than I would have. There are a lot of things you can quibble about Trump. Is he a moral paragon? No. Is he the most intelligent person in the room? Probably not. Btw I could say the same things about Biden. However if we just look at policy, that's a more productive discussion. We can agree or disagree on policy but let's have a rational discussion and not an emotional one.

He also values family and sees the importance of the family unit as the driver to end generational poverty. So you see he was never going to be accepted in Washington.
