I come from that island he guessed on top of. One of the 14 thousand people that come from there. It's almost 30 miles long and, would you believe it, we have a Burger King! Quite the novelty when it opened about 2 years ago.

@@thejerg those were great, but the rapid fire pace of the new duels keeps the pogs coming thick and fast. It’d be cool if he could match up in the new duel format against sinvicta but probably not allowed? (I don’t play, just like to watch). It certainly wouldn’t count toward his ELO.

people live all over the world. knowing that some random person online lives on a specific street means nothing if that person isn't significant to you in some way.

A couple of tools for the box:
Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa all drive on the left. For colonial style locations when you can't immediately tell if North-American.
Also, when zoomed in on the map, the place names will show their native language so you can compare the SE Asian languages directly.
Yes for the guesses and duals. This is the best for laughter and also life and fun and various things and such.

As a person from the US that plays Warhammer and listens to metal, I can tell you my knowledge of Europe is extremely limited.

Ryan, I am swedish, 44 years old and pretty well educated. You would beat me in european-only (non scandi) geogussr. These chat-ers are the same people telling Hikaru he missed a move and the same people telling LSV what the magic card does and Floyd Mayweather how to throw a punch.

There’s quite a lot of tri-state areas, I would recommend not going New York solely because something says tri-state. Source: I’m from one of the many other tri-state areas.

The skill based matchmaking rant may be the most based thing I’ve heard in a while.
That cant really come to the game since there arent enough players. There are only about 1200 people on "plat" or masters... Which means they would basically never find matches if there was SBMM. Im pretty sure it is also an actual ELO ranking system which makes the SBMM kinda irrelevant.

What map is used in Duels? Is it just the World map or is it A diverse world?
Kinda shitty tip for slovakia: if the language seems balkan/ex-yugoslavian only with random letters that don't seem to fit in, its probably slovakian (or svensk i think idk)

Can someone explain how looking at the sun tells him which hemisphere he's in? it's the same sun in both hemispheres I'm pretty sure
If you're in the northern hemisphere the sun is slightly south in the sky and vice versa. At the equator it's right overhead (at noon). Slightly off because seasons (the sun moves 23.5 degrees north/south through the year from the Earth's tilt)
