Preheat oven at 250 C for 15 mins

Ingredients
Crust
200g crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted or softened butter
Cheesecake batter
16oz cream cheese (room temp)
( I recommend using Swiss Valley or Anchor cream cheese for the best result for cheesecake )
250ml heavy cream
3 large eggs
1/2 sugar
1tsp vanilla
optional:
zest of 1 lemon + 1-2 tsp lemon juice
Bake at 250C for 20 mins or until top of the cheesecake is literally burnt. Развлечения
