I love it!! The people knocking the video obviously have never attended a zumba class and have no idea what it's about... I will have to add this to my zumba repertoire... 👍👍
This video was posted 5 years ago, and I STILL use it to work out to! I haven't learned any of the other ones yet. I just replay this one about 5 times for a good 15 min work out, and it gets me sweating and feeling good. Plus, it's fun. Thanks again Mallory!!
Ok..even so...doing a 2step isnt exercise...the harder the choreography...the more of a workout you get...the girls in the back are so stiff they cant even do the simplisest of choreography...so theyre essentially getting nothing from this class

I do this everyday and I can't dance for crap so much fun when I can't get to the gym , I do this at home thanks to youtube and people that share this stuff.

Other instructors share their choreography as I share my choreography, and I reference the awesome instructors where credit is due. And I record my vids so that my girls can still do their workouts while traveling or so my fam and friends who aren't local can do Zumba in their house. And my rule - if it's got a single single double in it anywhere, it's Zumba. AND if ya don't like it, don't watch it! :) Thanks!

Myself and all my girlfriends have lost a lot of weight off zumba. Its just whatever works for you. More fun than a hamster wheel.
