@@dylanrice9740 yeah its a rearrangement of underneath called "under the skin" tho
Best "MTV" Unplugged since the 90s
but this isn't unplugged
@@sin7804 Neither was Unplugged
🤗😊 very true!
Alice in chains ?
Right!
I've got so so much respect for everything Code Orange puts out. They manage to keep all they do fresh and on lane with their vision
It’s called being a poser and letting your record label write all of your music. Went from hardcore to Code Reba. And she genuinely sucks at vocals. Screams and soft
@@theriotartist Yes truly everything they do seems to be guided by a commercial interest, like reviving a defunct tv property for an overcomplicated and very expensive free show for everybody.
Bro, they are just kids who grinded it out hard as fuck for years to hopefully live their dreams and came out the other side with their ideals intact, and those ideals might be what encouraged them to write songs however the fuck they like (which is what they've been known for since Love is Love, anyways) instead of how hardcore purists want them to write.
And don't get me wrong, you can dislike their music and just not be a fan, but to acuse a hardcore/metal/loud rock band of selling out while they still make hardcore/metal/loud rock is DUMB AS FUCK. This kinda music is not what's gonna give you millions of streams and radio play nowadays. If they wanted to sell out they woul've keep going with their indie rock side project (which, mind you, is still a fucking banger of a record for me). Instead, they stuck to code orange, ditched the kids and strengthened the concept, creating a whole universe overtime for the band, which is what I was refering to with "their vision" . Metal fans really need to stop with this fucking "selling out" shit and let bands eat.
Casket Club Records yeah a show their Record Company paid for and produced. They are posers. Period. They better not show face at This Is Hardcore
@@theriotartist Oh no! Record labels giving artists a budget to make media products that are above and beyond what they could afford on their own in order to give great content to their fans. Are you really that dumb? What do you really think labels exactly do? I mean I'm not really a fan of how much the corporate world makes its way into art but record labels giving bands a good budget to realise their art is really the lesser problem here (if a problem at all, as in this case it is pretty clear to see they did what they wanted with the budget and the record company does not seem to have much creative involvement aside from, for obvious reasons, pitching bands that are already in their label for the Mudbangers Ball, which isn't that intrusive plus all the bands they showed videos of kick ass)
@@theriotartist You're pathetic.
I was 16 years old listening to their demo when it first came out, saw it on a blogspot and loved it, listened to it every day walking to school, now im 26 and they're still blowing my mind making their own music it's so special, i love you code orange thanks for everything
Never expected something like this to come from Code Orange.
Same here, but this is quality!!
🖤 Reba
She's so good....
props to whoever's on Violin. They're rocking it so hard.
Wow it’s obvious the girl is the main member of this band. Didn’t realize how good her voice was before this.
Very good stuff!!!
Jami (lead vocals, ex-drummer) is the band leader/visionary but I'm pretty sure Reba writes like 80% of the actual musical content. Creatively it's those two and Shade (keyboards) who do all the heavy lifting. Code Orange couldn't exist as they do now without those three's specific talents imo.
This is so so good. Also, I am attracted to every single member of this band, it's ridiculous.
Me too!!! Well every member that is not a man.....
This band keeps things interesting. That's saying alot in this age of metal. Thank you for giving us this video.
I absolutely love Jami's singing voice. So unstable yet so unique. Hoping to hear more in the next album.
dreams 1+2 is a stroke of genius, honestly
Man, i love this band so much, for the last couple of years I keep going back to their noise. Love it!
Amazing set - the acoustic songs really allow Code Orange's skills to shine.
❤️ the AIC cover
ruclips.net/video/O3Vu9-ep7As/видео.html
Damn it's a shame how underrated this is
These guys (and gal) are so good.
That Alice in Chains cover is incredible!
ruclips.net/video/O3Vu9-ep7As/видео.html
You’re joking right? Vocals are trash.
@@goose2323 yeah cause vocals totally have to be accurate on a cover. Get off the internet.
@@goose2323 songs are not only vocals. The actual music had a neat twist. Also we’re comparing two screamers to Layne Staley here. That’s not even close to fair lmao
@@connoriquada5429 yeah, which is why it shouldn’t have been done lmao the vocals just made this laughable…like embarrassing and distracting.
Exactly what i wanted from them! It's like the perfect counterpoint to Underneath, letting the songs breathe and not maximal.
jami doing on his best trent impression
Love Reba‘s singing.
It's more than just the music
The AIC cover exceeded my already high expectations. just WOW
ruclips.net/video/O3Vu9-ep7As/видео.html
Lmao.... you’re kidding, right?
Wow classic amazing man💛
This is so rad and just a lot of fun. You guys are the best.
i heard this on spotify i had to come watch it again. you guys fucking rock! i like your normal sound but there is something really great about this acoustic set. you guys should do more acoustic stuff forsure. also the camera work on this is sick. Keep rocking!
What an incredible show. Redefining what a live album/show can be and changing the game as always. Thank you Code Orange ❤
Jami looks like he's about to blow up anytime. I've never saw him so calm on a stage.
Great acoustic! Insane!
Set was good, the Alice in Chains cover was badass.
ruclips.net/video/O3Vu9-ep7As/видео.html
Only one way sounds so fucking incredible here holy fuck 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
I listened to this on headphones for the first time wandering around rural China just when the pandemic was breaking out. It was freezing cold... around 10 degrees below but with sunshine and no snow. I didn't want to go anywhere near the city where I lived because of what was going on there at the time with anti-pandemic measures. I had a motorcycle and no human beings around for at least 20km. Every time I hear any of these songs I think of those bright, sunny, and cold hours out in the plains of rural Jiangsu province.
An ingenious combination of styles in one bottle!Amazing band!Thank u!!!
Such a killer show! The visuals are dope! and I love when bands still bring a big sound when going acoustic
Best non MTV unplugged ever
damn this is my favorite band right now, this is amazing
Same here....
@@crazyjoedavola5430 yep same here
Code orange thank you so much for bringing that 90s MTV unplugged feel back!!
would kill to hear that mashup of Dreams In Inertia and dream2 live. also hearing the lyrical through-lines of Dreams In Inertia/dream2/Sulfur Surrounding definitely solidify to me that those songs are kind of a thematic trilogy
Everything you guys do blows my mind... unexpected as always! Thanks for the art!
Amazing, i follow them since "i am king" and they always keep doing better, good job
This is so epic! Amazingly different perspective of an already amazing band! Rockin quarantine style.. Just seen Metallica at the drive in. Times are changing but we're still here
Amazing! Especially enjoyed your cover of down in a hole. Love hearing more vocals like this from you guys, it shows how diverse you are! :)
Genial, Reba the great master of riff guitar and the Metal Hardcore
The 20s have begun!
Down In a Hole was a great choice. Alice in Chains Unplugged is by far the top unplugged performance. Thank you for the release!
Loved "Who I Am" 💯🤘
Code Orange ... Forever vibe please!! Drive ... Drive ... Drive
Beautiful Chorus effect in guitar !!!
Thank God they put this back up. I was looking for it the other day and was like where did it go 🥺 such a great band and when a band like this can strip down and kill an acoustic set is fucking awesome
Those voices though...freighting and melodic at the same time.
unexpeted surpeise! love code orange in everything they do
so proud to say these guys (and badass gal) came from my home city.
I love Type O negative
I was reading your comment and wondering why.... Then I saw Peter talking about his dream home on the video
Damn synchronicity
TOTH Unplugged.
Code orange: seated acoustic set !
Joe: this will not stop me from moving like an absolute beast
Codevil says, CODE ORANGE is painfully talented
Really good shit
Agreed...
Code Orange fans, does any of you know if Reba has family ties with the famous computer scientist/C++ expert Scott Meyers? She is very similar to him in appearance. Her eyes, nose shape, hair texture and hair color are one to one like his. It looks like she is his daughter or niece. If this is true, then I will be very happy as a programmer and metalhead!
This full set is simply sick, didnt know code orange have clean voices man.
This shit was lit live, even with the audio issues hehe
Fantastic
"Life doesn't give a fuck about plans"
damn jamies vocals on sulfur surrounding were really good
im old school. lets see how well they cover the fuckin master Layne Staley may he rest in peace
🖤🖤
- This song seems “à propos”...
Exactly dude.
los amo, vengan a argentina cuando pase el covid 19
Si vienen que se traigan a higher power, gulch, jesus piece y algunos pares mas jaja
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Great band👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Code Orange is Forever🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Can we get more of this from MTV??? Thanks Code Orange for bringing it back🖤🖤🖤
Reba holds this band together. Excellent...
Damn I would love to write the string parts. Love it guys!
Genius.
I love that they like and covered Alice in Chains. They’re my all time favourite band. Mad props CO :)
Well done👍
A lot of Alice in Chains MTV Unplugged here! SICK 🤘
best unplugged since nirvana
my god
Loveeeeee
well well well done....!!!
Holy shit.
Why this reminds me of AIC mtv unplugged so much... loll really loving it
Maybe because they covered the band....
They both use candles in their unplugged. It’s pretty clear Code Orange take some inspiration from AIC so I wouldn’t be too surprised if they were trying to replicate the vibe of AIC’s unplugged. Both are absolutely great too.
So good! 💪💪💪 🔪🔪🔪
🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥
I wanted them to play my world
Damn, I didn't know Jami could actually sing. Nice pleasant surprise
🖤
Wow
Not that the song is bad, this video is good! But really thank you for what you did for "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt, that gives a lot of love!
And Aleister black before his new theme
¡Amazing show codes! 🔥❤
Skip to the end then reply it for no ads.. TOTH
I'm totally in love! First time hearing you was enough to realize you're awesome! ♥_♥
Reba will go solo one day
Fuck this is gold
My name is MUD!

Акустический альбом это офигенно
