      Iconic too that in the last playoffs of the last tournament, the 2 previous champions aren't even in the playoffs, which I love because it shows how we aren't in any era anymore and the scene is so competitive! 🎉

    • @davidviertel7995
      @davidviertel7995 Год назад +8

      @@Pyxyty this comment makes no sense. The reason they werent in the playoff isnt because the scene is so competitive, they werent in the playoff because those teams are in turmoil right now. It would be competitive if all the teams had a shot at winning, not when more than half the teams have some kind of issues.

      @Pyxyty Год назад +25

      @@davidviertel7995 Faze literally didnt even make any roster changers, they just get counterstratted because everyone knows how they play by now. As for Navi, they have the goat, a generational rifle in b1t, and the 2nd highest rated player in the latest major; even as a new team they put up good fights and even 2-0'd the trophy lifters not a couple weeks before.
      It's a competitive scene mate. If Cologne wasn't proof of that, the Paris Major is, and I'll be damned if you're gonna reply again and say that it wasnt 😂😂
      Besides, even considering the fact that both Navi and Faze have some all-star studded rosters, they're still being beaten by teams left and right, which does show that it is competitive. So yeah, you're the one that's making no sense here buddy. Hell, we had the Mongolz being 1 round away from eliminating Heroic. Or GL, a non-partnered, tier 2 team, eliminated that same #1 team in semis of the major not too long ago.
      So yeah, lemme repeat: the scene is competitive.

    • @davidviertel7995
      @davidviertel7995 Год назад +3

      @@Pyxyty If you think the mongolz almost eliminating heroic means that the scene is competitive, rather than that heroic is a very unstable team right now, then I dont know what to tell you. How are you even coming to these conclusions? Because every expert in the scene would disagree with you.
      Regardless, the fact that you cant see that faze isnt performing as well as 2022 faze and that the g2 that navi beat last month isnt the same g2 that won cologne, tells me everything I need to know about the level of your pro cs understanding.

    I can't express how grateful I am for your old pro match / "educational" videos. They shined a light on what made counter strike so much more than the other shooters my friends tended to play (COD / Battlefield). I fell in love with CS, and it became my most played game - and I don't think that would have happened if I didn't have a resource like your channel since I didn't have any friends playing it. Its been about 5 years since I've had a working gaming PC, but with CS2 around the corner I'm about to purchase my first nice computer since 2016. I never stopped watching your channel in that time, but I wasn't in a place in my life where I could justify an expensive computer purchase. I'm very glad you're considering making this format of videos again, I think it will be a massive boon to the new players coming into Counter Strike for the first time with CS2, and I will be happily watching them too

    I really like these videos, your take on what happens and the insanely good flow of the video and slick editing make for a really enjoyable watch. Plus it makes me feel smart. I hope you make more of these.

    I remember watching your game commentaries to fall asleep back when you just started making CS instead of Starcraft videos. Now you have a mini cast on the last professional CS GO game, what a nice outcome of events. Would have liked to see a full cast, like back in da days.
    I am hyped to see your content for cs 2 in the future.

    Used to watch WarOwl back in 2013 which included CSGO matches. His content & commentary was one of the best things about "Counter Strike".
    Glad to be here after all these years!
