I can't express how grateful I am for your old pro match / "educational" videos. They shined a light on what made counter strike so much more than the other shooters my friends tended to play (COD / Battlefield). I fell in love with CS, and it became my most played game - and I don't think that would have happened if I didn't have a resource like your channel since I didn't have any friends playing it. Its been about 5 years since I've had a working gaming PC, but with CS2 around the corner I'm about to purchase my first nice computer since 2016. I never stopped watching your channel in that time, but I wasn't in a place in my life where I could justify an expensive computer purchase. I'm very glad you're considering making this format of videos again, I think it will be a massive boon to the new players coming into Counter Strike for the first time with CS2, and I will be happily watching them too
I love these videos and the commentary about how the meta of the game has been shaped around things that will be fixed in CS2 is great. I also used to love the pro match commentary videos you did, I think going back through pro CS on maps like Ancient, Anubis, and to some extent vertigo to further discuss the direction of CS2 would be awesome
I don’t follow pro cs too much anymore due to lack of time, so this type of video becoming a regular thing would be much appreciated. Your storytelling, commentary, and enthusiasm for the game make the experience fulfilling and enjoyable. Love u WarOwl :)

I love these videos! One of my favorite WarOwl videos was that of the Astralis counterplay breakdown video, made me absolutely fall in love with pro. It brings a lot of the community closer to following the pro scene, because most of us aren't good enough to recognize why they are so good to begin with, or how close the game is. Thanks for making this.

Honestly just been enjoying your more frequent uploads again. You're a personable dude and a good editor so you kinda succeed in most of these experimental styles imo
I like this style of video, I almost feel like it could be a continuation of the previous Matchmaking Academy series, doing something like this where you can show what pros do and how they play, maybe providing tips on what to do in certain situations or see what they do in certain situations. Maybe also showing how/where they hold angles on different maps, that's something i always struggle with when trying to learn a new map is just figuring out where the other team is likely to be at any time and where to be when.

Your coverage of the pro scene is amazing. You're one of the only people I know of who covers all the dramatic, memorable moments and stories without having to go super in depth and get all analytical. I've gotten much deeper into pro CS than I used to be, but I still love your videos because they summarize all the cool stuff I just experienced and it gives me a chance to just sit back and bask in the love of the game without all the uncertainty and analysis that comes with watching it live. It's a great way to celebrate after an event is over. TL;DR - Yes, please do more! Would love to see Ancient... and every other map in the series 🤣
I hope you do more of these pro match overviews and analysis. I've always been really interested in the strategic parts of counter-strike but I feel like there's no one making these kind of analysis videos. I remember watching your game commentaries to fall asleep back when you just started making CS instead of Starcraft videos. Now you have a mini cast on the last professional CS GO game, what a nice outcome of events. Would have liked to see a full cast, like back in da days. I am hyped to see your content for cs 2 in the future.

your pro cs demo reviews are some of my favorite vids on this channel. would love to see that ancient game!
This was really fun to watch! I'd love to see more :)
definitely make more of these, this was excellent!
I really like the format, you have the knowledge to give us the best parts of the game with stunning humour.
I love these demo reviews, please make more!
Ive always liked this style of video. Your earlier pro vod reviews changed the way I look at pro cs for the better
I loved this new format!
You kept a great balance between being technical and making it entertaining :)
Thank you for the video!
I hope you do more of these pro match overviews and analysis. I've always been really interested in the strategic parts of counter-strike but I feel like there's no one making these kind of analysis videos. Even if I struggle to implement these strats into my own gameplay, its still very fun to watch
Man I do love your pro game analysis videos. I know they take a lot of time and effort that's why you stopped doing them but man do I wish you'd do them more often again
I really like these videos, your take on what happens and the insanely good flow of the video and slick editing make for a really enjoyable watch. Plus it makes me feel smart. I hope you make more of these.
This type of video is super awesome and informational, please keep posting more!!
I like this video. Always fun watching someone analyzing pros.
Used to watch WarOwl back in 2013 which included CSGO matches. His content & commentary was one of the best things about "Counter Strike".
Glad to be here after all these years!
These breakdown videos are the best! I've missed them ever since the "Greatest Counter-play ever" video and i really appreciate your view of the game WarOwl, Never stop making these!
hell the ending almost brought a tear to my eye. :') thanks for so much content mr waruwul
