It’s always bothered me she doesn’t have a statue or a place named after her, even. The lookout outpost in BotW has her theme but slowed, but I think that’s just because you meet up with Riju there. She deserved better.
Honestly there's a lot of continuity issues between botw and totk. For instance, where did the Divine Beasts and all the Sheikah towers/shrines go? All traces of Sheikah tech is all but gone from the sequel, and it's like everyone kind of shifted their attention to zonai stuff after the Upheaval. Edit: There's not even a trace of Sheikah stuff in the Depths, which you think there would be, considering the Divine Beasts are huge as heck, and were buried, having to be physically recovered and unearthed lol. Did they like. disassemble them to create the new Sheikah watchtowers or....? There could at least have been some kind of dialogue connecting the events between the games if this were the case :/
I think it is written somewhere in the book that was sold in limited edition that Sheikah technology was disassembled after Ganon was vainquished, due to the danger they could represent,@@stars_and_lattes3078. The people of Hyrule decide to destroy them, or to burry them again, or maybe to sink them? But either way, they were considered too much of a potential threat to be kept around. Apart from the few parts the Sheikah scientists decided they needed, Hyrule got rid of Sheikah's antic technology. As for why there weren't any Sheikah devices in the depths, I personally think that it's simply because they are way too deep underground. The divine beasts were gigantous, of course, hundreds of meters tall or wide; but the depths are *kilometers* deep under the surface. And Sheikahs couldnt place their devices in the depths when they were open because, well, there were no such things as the Sheikah tribe at this time, they only appeared after.
@@ivanm8682shame. It’s a GREAT theme. Best comparison between BoTW and AoC is in the former, the mountain remembers and mourns. In the latter, the mountain is angry and the entire mountain is coming after you XD
An interesting thing to note is that at 3:48, you can hear the Ganondorf leitmotif. Perhaps the leitmotif itself is simply a Gerudo leitmotif, but because it became associated with Ganon and his villainy, it was tainted.
She deserved to be honored in TOTK as well.

I’m NGL. The recognition, remembrance, and such that Mipha got? Urbosa deserved it more
Medoh got all of the fame

Her theme and the renditions of it are just so beautiful, and the way they’re edited together here is fantastic.
Excellent, the only thing missing is the full Daruk theme
X2
Jeez it seems like he/she won’t do it ☹️
