Moved to N-AR. 8yr's ago lived in S'Port area sense 1977 been from Lake-O-the Pines all the way to Caddo and from one end of Caddo to the other many times. I'm now 67yr's old and some of my greatest memories are from fishing and duck hunting on Caddo. One of the best lakes in the area.
Brother that’s my lake! Grew up in Hughes springs. Been going there since I was two. Haven’t missed a year on that lake in 41 years. I’m 43. Still looking for a jet boat or at least a jet motor. I checked out those places you recommended but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. This lake is the soul reason I want a jet boat!
What are your thoughts on South Fork boats? Also curious your opinion on Havoc? New to the jet game and wanting something to rip around the Brazos between Granbury and PK. Love the videos. Thanks in advance!
In my opinion Havocs are heavy. Southfork last I heard uses a softer aluminum 5005 where others use 5052 or even harder 6000 series. I'm not a metal expert bit read the 5005 is more maluable which is great to work with but soft. This may not even be factual it was 6 years ago or so when I called and asked. Granbury to pk is the best stretch. Tough with out couple hundred cfs.

It's a fabulous place for sure. Been a handful of times. Been wanting to target some flat heads up in Bayou.

@orangecub5496 both are good boats and get the job done. Between the those 2 I'd lean south fork for the weight.

It came off main channel but dead ended in a lake. Maybe with a mud boat could have found an exit but too vegetation for me.

1652 kaz Kustom with 40 jet. Me and wife was getting 32 mph this weekend.
