HI Sir Elmer not sure you saw my comment any ideas on this : here some thing I thought was strange but yet it said in the directions install bottom of alarm no lower than 2 feet from ceiling any ideas it said it was based on the UK fire alarm code any ideas? @@Fredengle If ceiling /roof has more than 800mm space, and with electrical equipment, a detector must be installed. The detector must be installed on the highest part of the roof ceiling but away by 300mm from a wall. In AU, we have a different standard to follow - it's AS1670.1
@@fireprotectionguy7943 yeah I know the UK requirements are different it said in in the directions install with bottom of the alarm 2 feet from ceilng all I can say is while that seem like the distance is greatly off /low to me I am not the safety lab I hope when they made the directions they had the test to support the creation of the directions ???? that the only thing that seems logical is I hope they had the test to support the proper creation of the directions? because I really would have thought that low but that manf has assured me its based on the UK Fire Alarm code so Hopefully it right

On a Notifier panel NFS 320 do i need a EOL on my lasr device of my SLC?
If the laser device is conventional in nature, you need an EOL.
Can I ask u a question are wip phones used for other fire panels or only ewis?
WIPs are for EWIS (Emergency Warning INTERCOMMUNICATION System)
