The Arkansas Women’s Cross Country Team absolutely CRUSHED their Tempo + Hills Workout! This combination of speed and strength training is exactly what sets them apart-pushing their limits on both the flats and inclines. By conquering tough hills while maintaining a fast tempo, they’re building the endurance and power needed to dominate on race day. This workout shows the dedication and grit of the Arkansas squad, and with the intensity they’re putting in, they’re more than ready to take on the competition. Keep up the incredible work, Arkansas-this is how champions are made!
Great point Coach! And it needs to be vocalized more. NCAA allowing 20 some year olds to compete against our teenagers is 100% backwards. Our 17 year old had to beat out a 26 year old Australian in order to play FB at Auburn. Nice video and enjoy "semi" retirement!!!! LOL
Gee! they look good those kids, it's all about improvement, forget the ready made stars, powering up to PR's is what it's about before taking on the ring in's. Potential stars I see. Pace change ups always strengthen cardio imo, plenty of programs in doing that.
@@amblincork DECADES.. me in NCAA final in 2006 3 Americans, 3 Africans, 2 Canadian and a Irishmen.. teammate didn’t make it out of first round was awarded “All-American” because he was one of 8 Americans..

it would be a lot cooler if the coach was running in the midst of them, like a group of girls protecting the elder. He'd obviously have to wear them nike pro mid thigh tights. I love that group crunching sound, tho not sure why they run 3 feet from each other.
It is quite calming watching them run !
coach is so chill, love it.
Why coukd I watch this all day? It‘s mesmerizing! 🤯
Very impressive how composed these women are doing this tough workout.

it's about final-time you all brought back the "workout wednesday"..... thank-you
33 years. he must be one hell of a coach.
Not bad viewing on a cold, rainy winter night... hot humid Arkansas has its benefits.
The ability to run that tempo across that terrain for that long is so beyond me.
Love Lance by the way. Best Wishes to a epic-indoor & great winter-training.
Holy they 're fast af ....!!
These ladies look strooooong.
Not an ounce of fat on them either!
This is a diabolical workout
Great Video !!!
God, I'm waiting for it ❤
When is nebraska middle distance getting premiered?
"The majority of these kids have talent" Ouff, rough statement 😂
do i have to be on the team to get the razor back crop top or can I buy it

It's the same people who let males compete against real women, there's no hope with whoever is in charge 🤦♂
Casey Clinger of BYU graduated HS IN 2017. Is that also fair?
@@tonydiaz2541 at least he's not a freshman
and he's not from e.g. East Africa; he's from Utah & runs for BYU; historically **all** of BYUs talent is home-grown

I'd be doing that trail as much as I could

Confused how it’s unfair bringing in international athletes when Arkansas has had plenty on their team
Exactly what I was thinking. Always had a gang of international student athletes. Just last year Amber Anning, Nykeshia Price, all of them jumpers
Is that not a feature iof US collegiate running and has been for decades ?
Not saying I necessarily agree, but I think he’s referring to the post NIL influx of mid-upper 20’s East Africans that have raced professionally

Some lovely women here
Running uphill is so draining makes you wonder when it's better to just walk.
Eeee brooo
Why is there no ethnic diversity on this team?
