2:50 I think he misspoke about that 300 pace at 32-33 seconds 😂
i was surprised he messed up, dont they do this workout regularly?
I think he was talking about the pace per 200 since they're on the indoor track!
@@sarahwelch5413 no cause he was going down the line and started with “for the 5, 69-70 somewhere in there.” “For the 3 we want it at 32-33is” he was just camera nervous lol
32-33 through 200
they're on an indoor track so he's referencing the 200/400 split

he ! i have been training aerobic resistence with exercises and music since 1985... came on ! 🌍🌦️🌳🍊🚶🏼♀️📝🔧🏡🏄🔭🌖
where are their other distance runners?
Would help to have a date on this.
Now it's my turn to get my junk moving...
Must not have decided to crush the Penn relays 4×15 until Thursday

static flexibility before workout? :o
Stretches like lunges and non moving stretches
@@syntaxvirtualI thought static stretching before workouts were dangerous
@@z0uLess always so dynamic stretches before static and you’ll be fine 🤙
Nice little stadium. So that’s we’re all the college fees are going…this and administrators enforcing them to be Diverse, Inclusive and Equitable.
