Mobility was on another level.
This channel kills it everytime, constantly giving us new content of the best runners in the world. Favorite running channel!
I like her even more after this ! Great behind the scenes footage - I always love seeing what builds these athletes up! Good luck in Paris to Elise
Goodluck Elise Cranny in the Paris Olympic 5000m !!!
Woot, South Eugene!
awesome questions! i like when you ask them questions, gives more insight to and personality!
Elise is such an inspiration!
Does Jarred coach other pros or is she basically a part of the Mike Smith group? It's awesome that Mike allows his other coaches to do so much within his program.
I think that's what makes Mike such a great coach, his relationship with his athletes and staff are so fluid.
Captain Ron spotting at the beginning!
Good job Elise! Good luck in the selection USA!
This is a great channel!
Imagine pulling up to the track for your run and seeing a bunch of pros/Olympians
To be fair south Eugene hs is like five minutes from Hayward, probably not that rare
Wouldn’t be surprised if ur going for a run in Eugene near the trials to see pros
Be more shocked to see a guy on a one wheel wearing a helmet on the track.
I can't believe it's been over TEN years now since that legendary NXN XC race between Efraimson, Cranny and Baxter.
Cranny has been so good for a very long time now.
Thanks!
Great video. She is very graceful.
Ok, i definitely do not do enough warm up before my races after watching this...
love Elise...good person, deserving of Oly medal.
Go get it Elise!
Wow her 200m just flew by 🏃
Wait, no Gordon on the One Wheel for the entire 4 miles? Feel a bit short-changed. Lol...might have been an interesting tidbit in those 33 minutes.
Really good inside, thank’s! No short cooldown after the fast strides ?
she did a 5-min cooldown after the last stride
who ISNT at the track?
what day was this workout done? Great video, thanks!
one day before the 1st round of the women's 1500m
@@trackallaccess That edit turnaround is crazy 👀

Are those the new Pegasus trainers?
What's the point of doubling at the Olympics for a good amount of American distance athletes? Isn't it better to focus on one event and try to medal?
She and ESP will just do one event. Not many distance runners in general double at the Olympics. Grant may be the only American distance runner to do so.
