    Love all these in depths takes! I finally have enough to try out a game myself this Tuesday. I’m going up against Morathi and the bow snakes and plan to play quite defensively with trees and morbid conj to pepper them down a bit before I try to tackle any in combat.
    I run 2 gossamids, 1 tree rev and the 90 point legends unit as screens and objective grabbers.
    Only theorizing but really think the gossamids are great both as grabbers and deniers. Being able to move 2xd6 in opponents turn should catch some off guard, albeit you can’t double shoot your kurnoths then.

    I found in the FAQ where it says that (Anti-X +1 Rend) effects don't stack. Spiterider Lancers already have Anti-Cav +1 Rend, so they can't get an additional +1 Rend against Cavalry from the GHB Honour Guard rules. But they could get Anti-Infantry +1 Rend or any of the others.

      I think it's worth trying out! You've got a lot of power with 3 hammers and every unit you've selected is really good at what it does. If any of those units gets brought back with Alarielle's recursion, it will have a big impact on the game.
      I think this list struggles with mobility and scoring tactics. You only have one unit of Tree Revenants as a dedicated scoring unit. If you do Take the Flanks, you'll have to have an expensive hammer unit out of position. Seize the Centre will leave at least one expensive unit vulnerable to a counterattack. And then a lot of tactics require you to be in a specific location, which will be harder for your slower units.
      But like I said, I think it's worth a shot and tweaking it if you aren't happy with the performance. The Kurnoth Bows make up for the lack of mobility a little bit. And if you have enough raw damage that you table some opponents, scoring points becomes a lot easier, lol.
      Nighthaunt and Slaves to Darkness are super meta right now, and I think with their high power and speed, they will be very strong into this army. But those two armies are strong into everything right now, so take that for what you will.
      For an easy improvement, I would move the Greatswords into Durthu's regiment to make it harder for your opponent to score Slay the Entourage. You might also consider taking Aetherwrought Machineries for Chronomatic Cogs to give Alarielle -1 to be hit. If you give the Kurnoth Bows the bodyguard GHB ability, she becomes reeeeeally tough to take down.

      @@gammafighter thanks for the feedback! I’m thinking about going down to a 3 man unit of swords and adding in spiterider lancers, I think that will help the mobility issue

      @@DunedainDadGaming put the sword unit in Durthu's regiment. That way the opponent only get priority target against alarielle and bow hunters.
      Maybe even brind the sword hunters down to 3 to add a unit of gossamids. They are amazing for their points, very mobile.
