I have a customer ordered from Toronto Canada and she's asked if she will get her sweater before the 18th, I told her yes 😂 but I doubt it will be there before that date. I have no clue on shipping times out of the United States..I'm new and totally thought it get there in time. Crossing my fingers it will bc it is in transit now
I have a feeling it might make it. Crossing my fingers for you too! However, I am very careful about promising time frames to customers. I like to under promise, over deliver. People are thrilled when stuff comes early and very frustrated when it comes late.
Great ideas, Hannah, really valuable. Any thoughts on how to price the Color Blast t shirts? I had a hard time finding examples on Etsy.
I would do somewhere between 24.99-29.99. I typically charge shipping on top of my shirt price, but you could experiment with a few prices and shipping options and see what works.

Thank you so much for this information Hannah, what an excellent video!!... Can you please advise on shipping time; I'm trying to figure out what to tell customers regarding the number of days it will take for them to receive their items(s). In Printify, there's an item I would like to sell that has an avg. production time of 2.9 days. Is that the number of days it takes before the item is actually shipped out? PLEASE HELP
Great question! When you sync items with printify, it will typically have an option to select their recommended time. I usually do this because I like to give a higher estimate even if the production time is usually quicker. Customers are happy when the time is shorter, but if you promise 3 days and it takes 4, they can get frustrated.
