Just what I am looking for. I and from Gold Rush City/town of Nome, Alaska. Many unexplained phenomenon going here. Esp now after the world is more in crisis. I shit you not, World. RIP Mr. Grosse. You were an amazing person. Would have love to meet you and work with you. Alas, God called you to him. May God give you heaven. You helped so many people. Amen 🙏 🙏🙏🌹
Whilst going down my drive in my car I notice jogging along the road a woman with a phone to her ear.She needed to pass my neighbours hedge before I would be able to see her.I waited and she did not appear eventually I edged forward down the drive aware she must be there.I get to the pavement and she is not there completely disappeared ,she certainly did not pass in front of me and she did not retreat back up the road as I had a clear view back up the road when I was on the drive.Did I see a ghost ?? I have no other explanation.
I believe wholeheartedly in ghosts, but I also believe in Photoshop and basic photo trickery and know how to use both believably (Hell I put a new arm on a picture for a class and the teacher who stares at photoshop art all day couldn't tell until I showed him the four images separate). Just because I believe doesn't mean I won't guard myself from being tricked by bored people with basic technology and know how.
being in the photographic business 9years some of these are double exposures, ive seen so many of photos like these and they arent all photos of ghosts
Hi ok on the old film cameras you could take the photos and get them developed but if you used up the film and didn't get it developed and use the film again you'd get two lots of photos in one picture overlapping, it's easily done so it's called a double exposure and this is a fine example of one, nothing spooky here.
And the legless lady? It's simply an odd angle and trick of camera as she was mid-step. Her other leg is obstructed by the black barrier thingy. These are almost comical.
The last one has been explained many years ago, by the "ghost" herself who was shocked to see that she's been pinned as a ghost. She was running at the time. One leg is behind the post, the other is behind her.
This is a Philip Schofield TV show, not exactly a powerhouse of scientific excellence just so you know. I think #1 is a double exposure (the woman in the table looks just like the real woman immediately to the right, like she moved her head when the shutter was closed - perfectly sensible explanation). Can't explain #2 and #3 but #4 has already been explained and is just a member of the public passing by. Maurice Grosse died in October 2006, in case anyone's curious.
In the opening frame of this video I was looking at what I now realize is a letter "Q" to the mans right expecting to see a ghost pop up or something inside of it 😂
0:50 omg thats so fucking creepy! O.o but to me the size of the ghostly woman looks ok because she is sitting closer to the camera, like in the same position as the third man at the right so I can't actually see anything wrong with her size, maybe they think she is sitting between the two women at the back of her but you can actually see she is sitting in front of them :-/ just one thing strange with these two photos is the position of the two women sitting behind the ghostly woman, the distance of them is getting changed between them, in the photo where the ghostly woman appears the distance is longer between them like they knew the ghostly woman was there but none of them neither saw nor felt of her presence when the photo was taken :-/ and then in the photo with flash and without the ghostly woman, the two women is sitting closer to each other. It can have its natural explanations why the distance between the two women changed between the two photos. The woman with black hair to the right of the ghostly woman might sat closer to the lady sitting to the right of her because they were talking to each other and wanted to hear each other better because there was so much buzz from everyone and then when the second photo was taken so she sat more visible and proportionate to it would look better, but I still think it is a bit strange..
Btw the last photo of the legless woman is not a ghost even if it looks like it. She walking very fast and the photo is probably taken without a flash thats why the legs are still behind the post. Didn't the photografer remember seeing the woman walking there when he/she took the photograph? Well the rest of the photos are real especially the first one with the ghostly woman at the table. Why people saying it is photoshop edited? The photo was taken 1988 and at that time we didn't have computers and could edit photografs like this, also I've read somewhere that the ghostly woman even was on the negatives and it has also been speculated that the ghostly woman could be the ghost of a local peasant girl who had accidentally killed herself with a scythe. So the first photo is definitely not fake, it's a real ghost because not even experts can explain it.. The only thing I am puzzled about is the distance change between the two women behind the ghostly woman who is changing between the two different photos but it can be said that their natural explanations as I wrote earlier.
tvargan, yours is the best explanation I've heard for why this woman's head is in the picture. The camera malfunctioned and only half-registered the waitress squatting down. Cameras can do weird things to images when they don't expose an image properly. As for the others, they were pretty laughable, although the legless lady almost had me for a bit.
I'm sorry but the first 1 is a double exposure. The glasses don't necessarily rule it out. Same thing with the parents behind the stage. I mean it's almost undeniably a double exposure. C'mon. Also, guess what, ppl lie 😂
To be sure about what something is not, you need to know what it is first. And I don't think anyone is any closer nor do they even really know what a "Ghost" is?. Anythings possible. Even the impossible.
I was looking at it too and the fact there is a piller there that can obscure her legs kills the notion of her being a ghost, she does look like she's running which would also explain why her legs are not visible, they're postioned in a different angle behind the piller.
You put up some great videos. I really enjoyed this and put it in the favorites. One of the pics reminds me of one of mine in Columbia Station Haunted House Part 1. I have an image of a blurred face like the pic they showed here at the table.
one of my cats died a few days ago. i need a solid proof of ghosts just to know he is fine. i'm crying and begging god to send me a sign that my cat is fine.
I don't know about the electric chair one being debunked but there's a very simple explanation which could explain it, if I turn out to be correct. The poster wasn't inside the tunnel, it was inside the train car itself. It's not unreasonable to suggest the camera flash lighting up the train car and catching the poster's reflection. The poster would obviously be on the train line which stops near Madame Tussaud's because it's a local attraction.
No legs at the end was creepy Maybe it has something to do with shutter speed. Allow fragments of what is light. Through the visible spectrum. That otherwise our eyes can not detect
Regarding the famous Austrian photo - interesting how the two ladies sitting either side of the so called apparition are conveniently sitting further apart to let her in ... 🤔
I had a friend say a ghost did physically touch (scratch) him though. We didn't used to believe his story, until I saw something exactly as he described years later, only it didn't touch me. I pulled the covers over my head and it was gone when I looked again. I never believed in the paranormal until that experience. Now I know. It took me about a year to be able to sleep without a night light on after that.
the woman with no legs was explained years ago. She is leaning into her next step...both her legs are out of shot. Poor woman is quite alive and has been plagued by this photo!
LOL, thanks for letting me know, the reply was a tad confusing, b/c it does sound like a new comment rather than a reply to me. ;) Thanks again, and take care!
Yeah, I just don't get people sometimes. I'm a passionate person and get a bit over-zealous about things, I guess, but some things really get to me. It's stupid to be gullible and believe everything, but it's even stupider to not believe or believe in anything.
For the last picture I heard a very good explanation. The woman had one foot on the ground behind that pole which isn't visible from that angle, and her other leg is up in the air behind her body because she is running. Seems logical enough. The other pictures are very convincing, however.
I find it rather interesting how in the first example shown the woman to the right of the supposed apparition has moved over to her right by as much as a foot from where she was in the first photo. You can determine this by noticing her head in relation to the vertical trim on the wall behind her head from one pic to the next. Had she not done so she would have been covered by the 'apparition'. Everyone else in the photos appear to be in relatively the same position in each photo...curious!
photo number 3 is a double exposure and i have no doubt about it. Having been developing photographs for 9 years processing peoples holiday photos etc ive seen plenty of theses.
Love a ghost story, but these all have simple explanations: Photo #1. it's the lady with the black hair who was leaning forward and has leaned back whilst the non-flash slower exposure shot is being taken #2. poster in the tube put up by unofficial persons (possibly artist) #3. Double exposure from an old film (I've done this loads of times by accident) 4. This one has been proven a mistake, the lady is alive and annoyed at all the attention she got from people thinking she was dead
...and over the years I've witnessed cats, dogs and birds following something invisible in the air in my home. I have also experienced "ghost cats" jumping on my bed. Proof? No proof, sorry.
@63tennesseeflower This isn't only my opinion, several sites on the net say the same thing. One leg is behind the post, the other is raised up and is under her coat as she takes the next step. Trust me on this. The photo, while not a fake, is a mistake. Of course it's just an opinion. I choose to believe it is unfortunate timing.
Caleb, I had to laugh at your comment, only because I feel the same way when I read the shit other people write. I'm the guy who comments about people who just nit pick the shit out of every video. Keep up the good work bro.
just saw the first one and if you see the beer glass that is losest to the guy who took the photo is realy near the one to the left.. and at the second photo its in the same spot but the glass that was next to it wasnt and changed places...
When the lady with the black hair leaned forward, did she grow and change the color of her shirt from black to white? And then there's TWO of her, with two different shirts??
First of all, God Bless Mr. Grosse's soul. I'm sorry to hear that he's no longer with us. Question: Since Maurice Grosse pretty much dedicated his life to studying the paranormal, then how come he's not trying to communicate with us now that he's dead? Just a thought . . .
The photo with the woman's mom and step-dad is scary...I remeber seeign these in a magazine at the same time as the programme and Maurice Grosse commented in the magazine as well, saying again that there is no explation for the images. The one with the extra person at the table is very freaky...So it is true about the one with the "legless" woman - she wasn't really a ghost and she was just running at the time?
Maurice Grosse was certainly a brilliant paranormal investigator. But most famous for his role in The Enfield Haunting
RIP Maurice Grosse
Those are the most extraordinary pictures I've ever seen. This could prove once and for all that spirits exist!

Id like a rational explanation for Schofield still working as a presenter?
He's just come out as a gay boy after 26 years being married to a woman with whom he had children. Bastard ruined their lives.
There isn’t one apart from perhaps he needs the cash?
R.i.P mate

@@samsam-tu7im I understand BUT those are not good examples of double exposure, this is trying to explain away what you won't accept....
@@samsam-tu7im where can we find examples of double exposure look these ???I've been looking and can't find any.
Holy crap, that last photo was VERY scary...might need to watch an episode of TWD or AHS to palette cleanse my brain before bed!!
ACK!
It kinda looks like a cloaked / hooded shadow person taking form.
And the legless lady? It's simply an odd angle and trick of camera as she was mid-step. Her other leg is obstructed by the black barrier thingy. These are almost comical.
These are all 100% real. Why the hell are people so closed-minded and skeptical?
0:57 notice how the image of the apparition distorts behind the glass bottle, how do you fake that?
Well noticed.
Great Video
The last one has been explained many years ago, by the "ghost" herself who was shocked to see that she's been pinned as a ghost. She was running at the time. One leg is behind the post, the other is behind her.
Lol yeah right, if she was running why was her arms not in motion, why wasn't she looking where she was running ???
Bs! Its a ghost! U cant see WiFi but u KNOW its all around u! Explain that then?!! Bloody debunkers go n debunk a monotheistic religion! 😂
This video is real... I know this because i am the grandson of the narrator.
1:09 "she's 15 percent too large, and slightly out of focus", marvelous words stated from a (so-called) paranormal investigator
This is a Philip Schofield TV show, not exactly a powerhouse of scientific excellence just so you know.

this is creepy. it gave me chills. don't know what to believe though.
holy mother, im getting chills

2:50 to be fair she could have just not shown him the real photograph

Double exposure was a common glitch with film but should be non existent with digital cameras
Do not curse at me! I do care if they're fake or not, frankly. They're entertaining.
the woman with no legs was explained years ago. She is leaning into her next step...both her legs are out of shot. Poor woman is quite alive and has been plagued by this photo!

Photo 1. Photoshop
2. Mannaquin in the chair or double exposure or photoshop. Take your pick.
3. Double exposure.
I thnk it is when the camera spool get's stuck and it's 2 pics on top of each other
If you can't stand peoples' ability to doubt something they are told on TV, maybe you shouldn't be on the internet.

@watchensee She was in the middle of walking briskly so she was leaning forward slightly.
Double exposure plain and simple
OW MAH GAAAAAAAAAAWD
Well she must have for walking around without legs like that... That's the mark of the dark art: Loss of limbs, and yet you still use them.
You'd be scared if you met me one night anyway.
3:04 When I going to youtube in 2007 I see this
Maurice grosse i wander were he was buried id like to pay my respects ❤❤
Wassup people from 15 years ago
LOL Colonel Mustard!
second pic @ 1:29 looks cool! whether it's real or not
he's telling the truth because that ghost was my aunt
people will believe anything you tell them to
@coluna09 I dont think you can explain me how they used photoshop before it was out
Photoshop and programs like it have been around since the mid 80s.
3:26 there were part apparitions in the Enfield poltergeist case.
0:52 ghost photobomb
where does one find a ghost expert?.
...and over the years I've witnessed cats, dogs and birds following something invisible in the air in my home. I have also experienced "ghost cats" jumping on my bed. Proof? No proof, sorry.
A mate of mine once saw a ghost.
ths is in the 90s
did they have photoshop then
Could the photo of the mother and father in the background been caused by taking a new photograph over the existing film? Similar to a video tape???
@63tennesseeflower This isn't only my opinion, several sites on the net say the same thing. One leg is behind the post, the other is raised up and is under her coat as she takes the next step. what exactly is a double exposure?
Philip scholfield is harry potter!!!

I don´t get the second one , but the third one is obviously a double exposure, lol
When did Harry Potter become a host of a TV show???
