How to Turn On Phonak Hearing Aid

In this video, we will walk you through the process of turning on your Phonak hearing aids, whether they are older models with a simple battery or newer rechargeable models. For hearing aids with a simple battery, just close the hearing aid completely and it will turn itself on. If you have a rechargeable model from 2019 or before, pull it out of the charger and hold the button down until it flashes green. For newer models, when you pull it out of the charger, it will automatically turn on, indicated by a green light. We also show you how to manually turn it on and off using the button on the hearing aid.
