Hey Rob, I’m so freaking glad you decided to continue on and battle thru all the internal struggles you’ve been dealing with. You inspire me to fight thru all my demons and find a reason to carry on daily as well. We all suffer from depression/anxiety/sickness we never speak of, and seeing you smile and continue gives me strength beyond belief. Harpers ferry is nice the rail trail from Parkersburg goes clear over to there and I've taken that trip

I am really enjoying your journey. I'm originally from Virginia and love seeing you in The South. The South definitely rose again! The Northeast has been in decline my whole life so it's nice to see you out of New York State.

Hey Rob, glad you got your shoes. Careful of blisters during the break-in period. Merrells are great, though. They've been my 1st choice for over 20 years. I love your artistic eye; great video!

I'm so glad the trip is being made possible and that your new shoes fit well! The panning scenery is awesome Rob, well done. Please do it a bit slower so we can appreciate it, take it in. Rob, there is so much material (history, scenery) to savour/film/experience in each place, that is all content, that's the gold. Not sure if you have a deadline to get to FL but as a viewer I say take your time. And I really enjoy your stories of the people you meet and the places you stay. Moved to Virginia with my family when I was 13, from West Virginia, and lived there until 2017, ( many years later) after my Mom passed away, and I had to move to Illinois to be near my son.
Ugh. I don't like Illinois, at least not where I live, and it just isn't home to me.
Wish I could go back to either Virginia or West Virginia, but no immediate family is left there now, as they were all called home over the years, and my health is not that good at my age....but maybe someday I can return to one or the other state to live out my last days, as either is where my heart always is.
You're showing us some beautiful scenery, and so many of us are rooting for you, and following you on your journey, and sending prayers every day and night. 😊🙏
