After a two-year, sold-out, worldwide tour, Conner4Real (Andy Samberg) is the biggest name in music. There was hardly anyone in the theater when I saw this even though I think it was opening weekend.
When Mariah Carey popped in to say she identified with the song because she's also so humble, I laughed out loud and heard a dude at the far end of the same row laughing, too.
We looked across at each other and shared a nod that said: Yeah, we chose right. Everyone who skipped this gem is Wrong. And we were correct.

"PopStar: Never Stop Never Stopping" is one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. Thank you, Universal Pictures for making this excellent compilation video available to stream on RUclips. I bought the movie on blu-ray prior to the posting of this video so I already had all this hilarious stuff at my fingertips...but clicking on a RUclips vid is MUCH easier than popping a blu-ray disc in and out. That said, I find myself regularly revisiting this video. I damn near piss myself laughing at these comical musical masterpieces; the writing is so damn good/funny. I encourage anyone who thinks this is funny to show support for the project and buy the film. You won't miss out on the rest of the movie! 😎

Grateful this was on Hulu and I gave it a chance (loved Lonely Island back in the day), very underrated and unappreciated movie. It looks like it did terrible at the box office, maybe all the big cameo stars and Universal should have promoted it more.
I remember watching Ardy and the boys and The Mathematician way back when. Lonely Island deserves all the recognition they have and more. They got attacked by Kiefer Sutherland for a reason and that reason was jealousy (it wasn't)
When you realise they had to also write an amazing, hilarious album in order to drop this film😅
In the chapter when Terry and Peralta are talking about their favorite artist I was thinking this could be Peralta favorite singer but it was Tailor :,(
He's always talking about her and listening to that "Call Me Maybe" girl's song (I am blanking on her name but one year they played it all season during the middle of the 8th inning in Oakland instead of the much more appropriate - for many obv reasons - "2 Legit 2 Quit" so whenever I hear it on Nine-Nine it gets like stuck in my head!) ... it would have been way better if he'd said Style Boyz or Conner4Real!!
