I am on week 9, no real weight loss yet, and I am so tired, ugh! I feel like it is not working for me 😔
I have to go in for a quick surgery for kidney stones, so I will have to stop taking it for the week leading up to that, and I am nervous that I will be even sicker when I start back up after skipping a week. Any who, not your worries, just wanted to share. I feel like you have done this all so well. Not sure what the s going on with my brain. I think that they made me wait too long. Need to change my outlook and try harder. I see you exercising and I can barely get off the couch to play with my great nephew.
Watching you is motivating, so I hope to start exercising, even a little, soon.

Thanks so much! A lot of people didn’t experience any loss until they got to 1MG dosage. Keep push! Don’t give up. Try lifting weights while you’re sitting, walking in your house for a few minutes at a time until you get enough energy to take 10-15 minute walks everyday.
❤ I will try the weights and walking as soon as I feel better, thank you! I just found out I got COVID, a parting gift from school that my son brought home, lol. Must be why I have been so tired and sick. Thank you for the advice though, 😃 have some 5 pound weights that I will start with.

Good Lord they looked fab on you. Do you sew or know someone that does? A simple wide strip of loose black lace on the bottom of the crop top / trouser suit. That would cover easily.
