@@joel_hunter that's a good idea, I'll need to bring in my tripod to the gym and record a few exercises. There is a app called bodyfit that I subscribe to which has a good amount of routine. The one one I'm doing at the moment is 6 weeks to shred. The concept is never rest between sets. So after a rep, I go in to 1 min of cardio ( jumping jacks, lunges, running in place, etc) the workouts can go up to an hour.
Great advice! and agree, walking is a great way to burn calories. I'll need to study some more about the zone training.

@@joel_hunter Also since I move to Australia I walk around everywhere since I don't have a car lol. Good to add more burns to the calories
@@ThatFoodKid429 opposite for me - I moved to Canada in winter my average steps drops to 5k
@@joel_hunter shoot that's more than I would do in cold temp. I would be -5K steps
