Hi Gemma I hope you can help I have a problem I have cricut explore air 2 and not been able to use it for a while so this week I switched it on to discover everything had changed i managed to sort of understand things but it will not connect to my laptop via Bluetooth or the usb cable any idea what I could do Regards Diane
Hi Diane, When you say everything has changed do you mean from the point of view of the new features and layout of design space? As for the Bluetooth issue, I would try and forget the device in your Bluetooth settings and then re-find it and hopefully it will connect. If that doesn't work I would try a firmware update and see if that helps. Let me know how you get on xx
