It's so funny how you use the spoon and fork - not funny in a bad way of course! ;) I'm from germany and I would never use spoon and fork like that - I'd eat it with the fork, not using the spoon like you. And instead of using the fork to get the stuff onto the spoon, I'd use a knife to get the food onto my fork. But it's interesting to see how people from all over the world are using the same things differently. When I lived at my guest-mothers house in Japan we, of course, used chopsticks all the time but when we had curry, we used spoons. But only spoons. In her kitchen, you also couldn't find some forks.
