What makes you so amazing are the detailed instructions . I am doing a class from a branch of the yoga institute and while it is good there is little focus or directions on breathing and the important points of each pose . I am learning from you and trying to implement when I go for a class there and it’s helping a lot . Thank you for your amazing effort .

This was so relaxing. Please accept gratitude from me and my mom. We have decided to make a yoga a daily practice and stay healthy and fit during this lockdown. Your videos are immensely useful. And thankfully it's in Hindi, so my mom can easily follow the instructions too. 😊

I am suffering from multiple physical and mental issues, like migraine, vitiligo, plate in knee joint, weight gain, full body pain, depression, lack of energy. But did Yoga for first time. so relaxing. thank you mam for making this available for free. really helpful.

I had been trying so many other videos. They were good but fast paced. I thank you for this video. I could not only complete it but feel nice. See you tomorrow ❤
