How not to lava jump for MC Attunement run of BRD

If you look to the left of the island, you can see a little bit sticking out. You can stand there safely and bypass ALL the lava guys lol

if you get a bad rhythm where you take dmg every jump just swim for a sec then start spamming again. Also, there's no reason to go to that island, you can hug the wall and there's another tiny safe spot there.
