Dude I love jeep wranglers. I have a new one and it's awesome. It's so sturdy and amazing. Yesterday my entire big fam sat on the top with the top off and sat on the beams. No one fell, the beams were sturdy and I even sat on the front window! It was the best. It's also convertible. Imagine strolling down the streets at 9:00PM with your convertible with a light summer breeze and listening to music late night and sitting on top of a jeep watching fireworks. Literally my favorite memory. Jeeps are amazing.
I don't have one yet but I have read a lot of reviews and articles about Jeep Wranglers. There are a lot of up and downs. They are really made for off-roads and travelling. It's not about the comfort, the speed or about the engine. What i have read the positive side is that they are a lot of fun and joy to drive. So I am still going to get one. So excited! 😊
7 seconds to 60 in a Jeep Wrangler isn't that slow, but you're used to driving insanely fast super cars so.... and 17 mpg around town is awesome for a vehicle of that size.
No, 17mpg is pretty terrible for a little SUV like a Jeep 4 door Wrangler. When Chevrolet Suburbans and Pickup trucks get better mileage, weigh a lot more, are larger, can haul way more, and have way more power.
Scott Schoemann sorry 16mpg city and 23 highway on the new ones with advanced cylinder deactivation and an 8 speed automatic. And an engine with some power.
Yea but Chevy sucks and have aluminum drive shafts that twist. Only good thing about a Chevy is all the parts that are available in junkyards nationwide.
Never had hood flutter.. Never had it pop into neutral on its own.. No issue finding reverse.... Stock driveshafts come with rust from the factory... it’s just surface rust. And you bought a jeep don’t worry bout fuel efficiency
Go crawl under any 4x4 truck - you'll find the drive shafts are rusted, this is because they are all made of low carbon iron - almost pure Fe. Driveshafts slo get quite hot and for that reason they don't paint them, however the rust on the drive shaft is nothing to really worry about because the Iron is fairly thick it will take 50+ years of neglect for its structural integrity to be compromised. I got into the practice of spray painting rusted components on the underside of my truck with rust-o-leum annually, and something another truck owner advised me to do - frankly if you need a truck this is a good practice to follow. The exhaust is more of an issue IMO, exhaust systems inevitably rust for much the same reason however Zinc plated and better SS pipes usually are able to hold it off. However to have these complaints I don't think you really use that Jeep for it's intended purpose, you bought it for its image not its functionality. If you need the Jeep, I'd recommend buying a regular driver and keeping the Jeep for situations where it is needed. If you do that you'll save a surprising amount of money on not replacing tires and gas, and you'll have good tires on that Jeep when you need them. If you are constantly driving it on the roads and wear the tires out well a Jeep with worn tires loses a lot of it's effectiveness when it matters.
There were a bunch of complaining and your comment was more on explaining. Planning on purchasing a Jeep due to where I live and was hoping on learning from defects which it clearly does not have. Thanks for this comment and video.
It has nothing to do with the steel. It's the fact that Jeep doesn't paint or protect the steel in any way. All steel will rust if not protected. A smart thing to do when buying a new Jeep is to apply underbody rust protection right away.
Hey just wanted to point a couple things out.... you had mentioned that it was only in front wheel drive. it's a Wrangler ( no front wheel drive in it)... that rust is normal... it's all surface rust. the pipes will begin that rust stage fast from heat. and as far as the drive shaft it will rust faster then most due to the fact that those drive shafts are steel and most are now aluminum. just letting you know
Dustin Moxon You are correct. By the time the driveshaft rusts through, you'll have bigger problems with the vehicle than that. Also most other brands don't paint their driveshafts.
First off, you got a white Sahara (which clearly shows you are a chick at heart). Secondly, you don't buy a Jeep to speed around town and get 30 mpg's. You want that, buy a Prius or a Honda. Thirdly, this video contained only about 3 minutes of content and 10 minutes of senseless blabbing, failed attempts at humor, and one annoying female sidekick. As for my Jeep? Bought aftermarket hood latches, never had an issue missing reverse with my manual, could care less if it has rusty driveshafts, MPG was the same as my old pickup truck, love taking the top and doors off and off-roading to a lake in the middle of nowhere. Looks like yours is lucky if it sees a dirt road, the bolts are probably still on your doors, and you have no clue how to remove and store the hard top. Maybe you should have got an FJ.
ALFA MALE Try replacing your trans mount sir. Your driving ineptude, shown in the video would indicate failed center isolator rubber, causing the disengagement of the shifter detent. OH ! Almost forgot....adjust your hood latch tension and learn to use the center safety latch. For an educational experience, go look at a.Wrangler exhaust and driveshaft with 100K on the clock and report on the condition...No change EH? Agreed, your not a "metallic guy".... Tell your Mom we feel her pain and give our condoleces for having you mooch off her until your a forty year old ignorant punk......
and as for rust, wash the mud off the undercarriage when playtime is over, and exhausts ALL rust due to the heating and cooling. thats why companies make aftermarket stainless systems, which still rust, but just take longer to do it.
I’m shook, I just bought my 2016 4 door Sahara and took it off road and down some very questionable roads yesterday. No worries, no problem, and as for gas it is essentially classed as a truck, and as far as that goes it has impressive gas mileage.
"It's dreadfully slow" because its built for off roading, not drag racing. Another thing is... Name me a car that can take the roof off and doors? Nothing out there. Thats why Wranglers are special vehicles, and have been an American Icon for half a century. Now buy a 200k 0-60mph 3s Lamborghini, and then get pulled over because its against the law to drive 100mph on a 60mph zone.... Also the new 2019 Wranglers are SUV of the year... so update this video....

HEY DUDE! My only comment is on the rust part. its apparent that very specific parts are rusted on all of them because they are unpainted parts. if there's no protection the steel will oxidize however it won't create integrity issues for several decades. If they were painted it would protect and preserve. Don't worry about it man. HINT: Spray wheel acid on them, sit for couple seconds and blast with pressure washer and look at the difference.
This video has me soooo triggered, seriously though, a jeep isn't meant for speed. Gas mileage has always been a issue but nobody has really cared about it. If you don't like the hood latches, go buy and install something else, the latches have always been like that. It sounds like you would be better off buying a geo tracker or suzuki samurai.
Corey Truhn a pink Barbie Jeep is probably more his style. No hood flutter or hood latches, no drive lines or exhaust to rust, no shifter to vibrate and hurt his limp wrist or having to memorize where sixth gear is. Can't help him on the 0 to 60 times though, unless he's pushed off a high cliff then his speed and stopping distance would be insane!
lol, Why do you people seem to hate this guy? This is the first time I've watched one of his videos and everything he said seems pretty legit. He's not complaining, he's just pointing out things that in his opinion would make the vehicle better if they were fixed. And then he said he still loves his jeep, so what's the issue? Everyone has a couple things on their vehicle that they wish the manufacture would have done better, it's not hating on the vehicle it's just giving an opinion. I honestly don't get why all you Jeep fan boys are upset lol, Jeeps are hardly even real vehicles.
@@dedalliance1 LoL I'M not upset, He wants it to go faster Jeep was never designed for speed it's more for off roading also jumping out of gear has never been a problem for me with any vehicle. I also don't try to race down trails again jeep was never built to be fast I think he was expecting something like a Ford Raptor and that's opposite a Jeep. I don't like the Outback thats just to take the kids to soccer practice. Have I driven one ? yes the salesman had a bunch of them he was trying to push people into buying I looked at all kinds of vehicles before I looked at a Jeep and decided I liked the Jeep. Now I'M not saying everyone should get one its not for everyone but I'M not going to make a video pointing out things a vehicle was not intended to do. Now then you don't think Jeeps are real vehicles no big deal if you don't like Jeeps don't own one problem solved.
I'd rather take a Jeep over anything else. They are reliable, last a long time if properly maintained, cheap to maintain, low insurance costs, great in horrible weather conditions and have good trade in values years after purchased. They are basically the multi-tool of vehicles and If I had to pick say between a Jeep and a Lambo, I'd still pick a Jeep despite being passionate for lamborghini's since I was a kid. Everyone that drives more than likely know jeeps aren't great for fuel efficiency so that's a dumb reason to complain. The rest sounds like your problem, never had any of those issues but I assume since this video is 2 years old that you either got rid of the jeep, had it fixed or it's collecting dust.
None of my Jeep have ever let me down , you can't expect good millage from a refrigerator on the road. It's not made to be fast , it's made to get you wherever you want to go , it does that well. The hood might flutter , but it's not going to come flip up on you. The vibration has never bumped me into neutral . Reverse is not hard to find , it is always in the same place. I think the biggest problem is the unreal expectations people have for a vehicle you can remove the roof and doors from that will drive over nearly anything. Get a crossover if you want a normal vehicle.
The overflow check ball in the gas tank of my 2010 sticks and will overflow the tank when I fill up. My gear shift know has rattled loose as well. As for take off speed, shut off the traction control if you need the extra power and speed on take off.
So, I was really hoping for a serious video since I am looking at and have never owned a Jeep. A few things, I feel like you were going pretty damn fast to get the six-speed to jump out of gear... but I did find that interesting. And for the power issue, no one buys a Jeep expecting to run 90MPH on the highway. Finally, I thought your sidekick was beautiful and I'd be happy to cruise with her any day!
I have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler I have never had it jump out of gear like that but I also don't drive stupid since I have to pay to fix my Jeep. I can't say I have had any problems with it keep it maintained and I think it will last a lifetime.
Jeep Wrangler has two solid axles, a two-speed transfer case, and f/r locking differentials (Rubicon). Fullsize trucks are for soccer moms, unless you own a Power Wagon, which is also made by FCA.
Easy fix on the shifter.. gotta order the Hurst shifter kit.. changes the intirer shifter and actually shortens the shifter throw....plus it looks cool
A jeep isn't made for speed it is made to handle good off road and also there has never been a jeep that is good in gas mileage and there will probably never be one
Kevin spacey in California, diesel is much cheaper, and I would disagree on the point of mileage, I guarantee the new Wrangler diesel will get much better mileage than the gas!
Had my Lj 12 years, never seen the manual shifter do that. Something there is not right. Gas mileage and power could definitely be better. But if it's smiles per HR you want to get a wrangler; take doors off and hit a trail. Hint take some air out.Big tires little air it will ride like a caddy off-road and not beat the crap out of you or your jeep and better traction. Just my 2 cents
I have the Rubicon Unlimited 3.8 V6 with 4 speed auto. Talk about slow, much slower than the Pentistar. Will never sell it though, best vehicle ever even with it's flaws - thousands of miles offroading and exploring the deserts and mountains with my son and never let me down.
Reasons that are debatable: 1) As a jeep owner, I've never had that problem, not with my '07, or my '12. Go buy locking ones for $56. 2) Also never had that problem, I dunno how many miles that Stradman's jeep has, but it could be warrantied. 3) No shit, its not a performance vehicle. I will say that the newer 3.6L V6 is a lot faster than the older 3.8L I6. 4) What? Can't say that I'd agree with that. 5) Take care of your shit, and that wont be a problem. 6) No shit, it's a Wrangler. Five minutes of a forum search would have told you that shit. NOTE: Manuals get slightly better mileage than the automatics do.
lol - Really struggled with this one eh? Its ok, a Wrangler is definitely not for everyone, and it appears from the stuff you are whining about, that you are definitely one of those people. Ever thought about a Compass or a Patriot? Seems a bit more your speed.
Get an automatic. Solves problems 2, 4 and 6. Number 3 is a misplaced complaint. The only viable complaint is the hood. No reason why they couldn't have added a latch and release to make it safer.
Get your self a S/C, Re-Gear ring and pinion to 4.88 gear ratio, B&M short shifter "won't jump out of gear when off-roading" & center force clutch and fly wheel. You will be a happy camper, even if you don't supercharge the pentastar. The rattle in the manual shifter gets worse, and starts to make noise that becomes annoying. Not sure if you are man enough for the Jeep, so you might just want to sell it now and get your self a Kia Niro, I hear those meet ups get pretty crazy.
i had an 02 wrangler that i had to get rid of bc the frame rotted out. 97 to 02 they didnt put drainage into the frame so water would get in but couldnt leave... with that being said, to this day i have never had more fun driving than with my wrangler, never had the feeling again that i could get through just about anything nature could throw at me, and never have i seen a community more tight knit than that of the wrangler community. you dont buy a jeep for its MPGs, or its "comfort-ability" you buy it bc it will get you through just about anything in the most fun way possible. and you can build it into what you want it to be. notice, there are stock jeeps on the road. however, the ones that people actually care about and customize, you cant find 2 that look the same bc of how many options you have. the rust under the truck, very easily taken care of at a body shop if you do an undercoat on it. the speed... again, you dont buy a wrangler for its speed or pickup but you can easily improve your pickup by adding an aftermarket intake. i know plenty of people that say you can get a 2008 wrangler x and it will feel as if it has more pickup with an aftermarket intake than a 2014 sport with a stock intake. all your points in this video are easily corrected.
I just bought a 2010 2 door manual with 96k miles for 4600 probably a little over 5 when I go to pick it up. Did I get a good deal needs a fender and possibly axel work but my childhood best friend owns three shops and helps me out a lot for no charge I just pay for parts
Interesting review. I too have a 2014 JKU. Never had my hood wobble and I don't haul @ss on the freeway like I did before since it's not that type of vehicle. Yes. Gas mileage sucks but my friends with Land Cruisers say that theirs is worse. Mine's automatic so no wobbling shifter. Had the rust prevention paint option thing when I bought it so no rust problem. It has its problems though. Been in repair three times in three years. That is unheard of with a Japanese car. But, I still like my Jeep. I bought it because it was a Jeep. You can't beat the cool factor.
The rust on the drive shafts is inconsequential and will not impact functionality for two or three decades. Depending on lift kits and hard off road usage the universal joints will fail long before the drive shafts. Tip get a wire brush and a can of spray paint and you can dress up the drive shafts. Muffler components will show rust, unless made of stainless steel. In general most OEM mufflers will last for 10 + years, but there are a lot of factors such as usage, road salt, sand and sea salt the can adversely effect the life of the muffler. I just bought a 2015 Wrangler JK Sahara with 65k from NJ and I was blow away by how little rust there was down under. The important things I look for are skid plates, frame, suspension components and leaks from any component, diffs, trans case, transmission, engine, power steering, coolant oil/ trans heat ex changers brake lines and calipers leaks. I look for corrosion, accident or abuse damage, and leaks. During my pre-purchase inspection I discovered a leaking radiator, bottom lower passenger side. The dealer replaced the radiator prior to delivery. I was surprised by gear shift issue, particularly with low mileage of your ride. I would consider looking at all engine trans, trans case rubber mounts. Worst case might be an accident or speedo roll back. Tip if you are buying an older vehicle with low miles check the brake peddle rubber pad. If it's worn down to the metal the vehicle almost certainly has over 100k. If it if is new pad pull the pad off and see if the metal peddle is shiny.
Is the gear shifter shaking only in the 4 door jeeps? My 95 2 door doesn't do that at all. I've been dying for a 4 door but that wouls annoy the shit out of me. The gears are close together as well, I hated it at first
6mpg in town and 8.5 mpg on high way and it suxs even more then the 3.6 I have the mini van power train so sad I had to supercharge it and regeared to 5:38s
The rust on the driveshaft doesn't look like it'll perforate any time soon. When your exhaust system goes, it's an opportunity for an upgrade. I'd be more concerned if the frame was rusting out.
I think he means that due to the windshield being more vertical than other vehicles, it will get hit more by rocks. It is flatter than most windshields so it will crack when hit. The JL is a little better, but not much. I still love my JK, it's just the price we pay.

I am not very interested in wranglers
This guy is not a car guy. It's like my sister doing a car review
@@SoCaliSurfer13 Damn son
@Jonathan Campos, You should not have brought your sister into this.
Believe in Yourself 😂😂😂
Well he’s showing it from a realistic customer view
The Jeep Wrangler isn’t very interesting but I like it
CONGRATS ON 400K!!
So excited! 😊
“Not about comfort”, tell that to the wrangler overland.
“Speed and power”, definition of the wrangler 392 with that 6.4L V8
😂😂
Definitely buy one!
7 seconds to 60 in a Jeep Wrangler isn't that slow, but you're used to driving insanely fast super cars so.... and 17 mpg around town is awesome for a vehicle of that size.
right... this video is just a jeep being compared to a lambo... what sense does that make? this will still last twice as long.
No, 17mpg is pretty terrible for a little SUV like a Jeep 4 door Wrangler. When Chevrolet Suburbans and Pickup trucks get better mileage, weigh a lot more, are larger, can haul way more, and have way more power.
like a suburban ever got 17mpg in the city...
A bit of surface rust on the drive shaft does not constitute a rust problem at all.
exo_tech_dk I know right
Well if you buy American cars you have to expect them to be shit.
every one he looked at was 2 years old, and i would like him to find a 2 year old 4 weal drive that dose not have rust.
It has nothing to do with the steel. It's the fact that Jeep doesn't paint or protect the steel in any way. All steel will rust if not protected. A smart thing to do when buying a new Jeep is to apply underbody rust protection right away.
exo_tech_dk our cars have no rust and his is made for off roading!!! That's shit quality
Did anyone notice that the pizza was hanging off the plate and was touching the table?
EgoCrush I noticed that and that is my number one issue with big slice pizza.
James Miller that's why I only eat whole pizzas
Yea I said I hope they washed that table ahaha
germophobes in here...
nope
Hey just wanted to point a couple things out.... you had mentioned that it was only in front wheel drive. it's a Wrangler ( no front wheel drive in it)... that rust is normal... it's all surface rust. the pipes will begin that rust stage fast from heat. and as far as the drive shaft it will rust faster then most due to the fact that those drive shafts are steel and most are now aluminum. just letting you know
Dustin Moxon You are correct. By the time the driveshaft rusts through, you'll have bigger problems with the vehicle than that. Also most other brands don't paint their driveshafts.
BillUtah thank you. I worked for a GM and Chrysler dealership as a detailer and lube tech. absolutely love the wranglers
falchulk yes. why?
that rust is normal just like brake roters
I have a 2005 with 202k on it and it has very little rust. Oh and I live in Ohio.
You seem more like a Subaru Forester type of guy anyways...
EEnfidel Eeee 😂😂😂😂😂😂
What's wrong with Subaru Foresters?
Maybe a FJ Cruiser...
Nah, prius.
At least Foresters are more reliable
"it's very slow" what do u expect in a ultimate off-road car
Ikr is there one offraoder that is fast also you cna get hellcat engine in the jeep gladiator know
First off, you got a white Sahara (which clearly shows you are a chick at heart).
+jeepdude67 oooooooh shots fired!!! Kind regards 😂😂😂
LOL. Mod that thing and get rid of those color-matched fenders.
What type of Honda?
He needs a yellow ecoboost v4 mustang thats his style gaaaaay
How do you store the doors 🤷🏾♂️. I’m a rookie Jeep owner. Like off-roading. Hooks on wall or rest them on floor/wall? Other?
At least he didn’t buy a land rover because this video would be 4 hours long
ALFA MALE
Try replacing your trans mount sir.
Tell your Mom we feel her pain and give our condoleces for having you mooch off her until your a forty year old ignorant punk......
his issue with the shifter is full throttle in too high of a gear (above third) doing ten miles an hour.
and as for rust, wash the mud off the undercarriage when playtime is over, and exhausts ALL rust due to the heating and cooling. thats why companies make aftermarket stainless systems, which still rust, but just take longer to do it.
Thomas Johnson or bmw
It's almost like people drive them through high water or something with all that rust on the Jeeps' undercarriage 🤣 lol.
Alright guy I understand you know nothing about steel but any bare metal that's not painted will rust
I love my Jeep Wrangker... and I can't see myself driving anything else!

You forgot 7 which is the worst CRASH test rating.1 so subtract that from 7 answer 6 you were right it is 6.
I've never had an issue putting my wrangler in reverse. I actually like how there's no lock out on it
I'd rather take a Jeep over anything else.
MechaGodJovi is take a Lamborghini then sell it and buy like 10 jeeps lol😂😂😂
None of my Jeep have ever let me down , you can't expect good millage from a refrigerator on the road. It's not made to be fast , it's made to get you wherever you want to go , it does that well. The hood might flutter , but it's not going to come flip up on you. The vibration has never bumped me into neutral . Reverse is not hard to find , it is always in the same place. I think the biggest problem is the unreal expectations people have for a vehicle you can remove the roof and doors from that will drive over nearly anything. Get a crossover if you want a normal vehicle.
They should have a test you have to pass before you own a Jeep to see how mechanically inclined you are

They dont get the point. Jeeps are fun. Well the 2 doors ones for me .
Jeep released a statement that said if left unchecked the driveshaft will actually rust right through in 1.8 trillion years.
What an ultra maroon!
Jeep Wrangler's are bad ass
Jeep Wrangler has two solid axles, a two-speed transfer case, and f/r locking differentials (Rubicon). Fullsize trucks are for soccer moms, unless you own a Power Wagon, which is also made by FCA.
Aaron P don't forgot the Raptor!

A jeep isn't made for speed it is made to handle good off road and also there has never been a jeep that is good in gas mileage and there will probably never be one
My 2017 Jeep Wrangler gets an average of 18.9 mpg which isn't too bad
xAKAxViper although a diesel Wrangler is coming, get ready for torque and mileage! Finally!
Kevin spacey in California, diesel is much cheaper, and I would disagree on the point of mileage, I guarantee the new Wrangler diesel will get much better mileage than the gas!
Hate to say it but I live in Australia and we have had the Diesel wrangler for quite some time, and it's pretty crap. Most people still get petrol
I just bought a 17 rubicon and I get 17 mpg I was getting 9 mpg in my last suv so I can’t complain about gas lol
hey james do wrap on jeep

hey, I think you have a broken transmission mount. it shouldn't be shaking like that.
Scott Schoemann no, every manual won't do that. My rodeo goes headed off road and definitely doesn't shake like that.
I got a 98 tj v6 manual in-line. No rust at all. I think you are best fit with a mini van. They are super comfortable.

DSC800 have you ever driven a YJ wrangler with the 2.5 and the three speed auto slowest thing I've ever been in
Yeah, long time ago but 4 spd manual. I think top speed was a strained 75mph. Mine might be the modern equivalent.

top 5 reasons why I hate my new Mustang GT 🚗😆
1. It is a single clutch system that breaks
That is fourteen minutes of my life that I can’t get back.
That shift into neutral was my favorite part, it´s like Luke Skywalker driving a Wrangler
Last Time i was this early, you where still working the 9:00 to 5:00!
Reasons that are debatable:
1) As a jeep owner, I've never had that problem, not with my '07, or my '12.
NOTE: Manuals get slightly better mileage than the automatics do.
aJacksonHoleguy 3.8 isn't an inline 6 you turd.
aJacksonHoleguy I have a 2016 and have no problem with it this dude is dumb
Some people just love to hear themselves ramble!
lol - Really struggled with this one eh?
Its ok, a Wrangler is definitely not for everyone, and it appears from the stuff you are whining about, that you are definitely one of those people.
Ever thought about a Compass or a Patriot? Seems a bit more your speed.
Maybe even a renegade😂
Get an automatic. Solves problems 2, 4 and 6. Number 3 is a misplaced complaint. The only viable complaint is the hood. No reason why they couldn't have added a latch and release to make it safer.
Why can't I just watch a youtube video without my brain being taken over by commercials and shit

13 minutes of my life I'd like to have back.
i had an 02 wrangler that i had to get rid of bc the frame rotted out.
What's wrong with her for the Strad Girl
Everytime I want a car I always come across 10 reasons why not to buy that car
Mr. Yak this video really doesn’t give any real valid reasons not to buy a Jeep Wrangler, go for it bro

only because of haters , why watch if you know your gonna hate
I just bought a 2010 2 door manual with 96k miles for 4600 probably a little over 5 when I go to pick it up. Did I get a good deal needs a fender and possibly axel work but my childhood best friend owns three shops and helps me out a lot for no charge I just pay for parts
The drive shaft and exhaust is designed to flash rust, which seals it from further corrosion. Google has th is info at your fingertips
Damn get to the reasons already!
If you do a review. Especially on a vehicle. Make sure you know your facts😂🤣
"More add revenue that I can use to model the wrangler" lmao dropping a like for that honestly.
Olivia is the best part of that video. Please add her to more.
I still love my Jeep...
You aren’t Porker, you can’t make these kind of videos.
Am I the only one that though 20 mpg was good for a suv?
Jeffery The Dinosaur Its better than a hypercars mileage
You can get a lock for the hood and seal coat the bottom to protect from rusting
more than 3.5 minutes into the video and still no reasons
There isn't anyone that stupid that wold go that fast to make the vibration strong enough to go back to "neutral"
Other than him anyway. lol
You and Olivia are cute together. Great chemistry.
Question... does she use you face as a sit and spin?
Is the gear shifter shaking only in the 4 door jeeps? My 95 2 door doesn't do that at all. I've been dying for a 4 door but that wouls annoy the shit out of me. The gears are close together as well, I hated it at first
6mpg in town and 8.5 mpg on high way and it suxs even more then the 3.6 I have the mini van power train so sad I had to supercharge it and regeared to 5:38s
You really struggled with finding things you don't like, didn't you?
WTF.. Nothing beats a jeep ! .... I hope you're stuck in the friend zone !
You said it
That and mustangs!!!👍
Mustang860 lmao
Lambo huracán>jeep wrangler
you want better gas mileage buy the Rubicon 2.2 Turbo diesel 8 speed automatic
The rust on the driveshaft doesn't look like it'll perforate any time soon. When your exhaust system goes, it's an opportunity for an upgrade. I'd be more concerned if the frame was rusting out.
Also should include the fact that windshield will chip at least once a year.
What do you mean by chip at least once a year?
I think he means that due to the windshield being more vertical than other vehicles, it will get hit more by rocks. It is flatter than most windshields so it will crack when hit. The JL is a little better, but not much. I still love my JK, it's just the price we pay.
