I have everything to make this tea so I ran to the kitchen (and garden) and put it together. I used a sprig of thyme and a very small sprig of lavender and less sugar. It's sitting outside on my patio table along with my witch hazel/glycerin/catnip-yarrow-lavender-lemon balm bug spray concoction(covered in a brown bag). I wish I could post a photo here, it's so pretty! Thank you for creating this tutorial video! 🌿🌞

I was listening to another podcast and the gentleman gardener "froze" his head of cabbage then would defrost it and make his cabbage rolls. It was softened from the freezing. I decided to try this with my grape leaves when I made Greek Dolmades. It worked wonderful. Now I don't have to make or buy leaves in a salty brine solution. I just pack the leaves between cardboard and freeze. Great podcast! Can't wait to try this with the blackberries that are coming on...as soon as it stops raining and the sun returns!

A very educational video. I never thought about the practicality and appropriateness for utilizing frozen fruit for this kind of application. Thank you much! I also did not know about the connection between fermentation and the oxalate level in a particular plant. If you feel so moved, please teach a bit more about this connection. I have been told that I should “look into oxalates”, so I have been doing a deep dive. Be blessed generous one!
