Thank you for all your hard work. I also have embrilliance. I just have to start playing with it. I also have a Janome sewing and embroidery machine and I was going to the the ScanNcut appliqué software but it works with PES files. Do you think having the Embrilliance software will help to open the files that come with the SNC appliqué software? And if it does work what is your opinion on the SNC appliqué software. Thank you again for all your videos, are the best out there.

Hi i am not an expert in machine embroidery or its software sorry, and i dont know anything about the SNC appliqué software. When i bought my janome i just wanted something that would be simple to use and that if i wanted to, it would work with the SNC so i chose Embrilliance Essentials, i have a few videos on my channel using it but not lost. I dont really have a lot of time to use my sewing machine at the moment as well.sorry if i am unable to answer your question fully

Brilliant - I have Janome MBX Digitizer software, so I will open in that. Thanks for this video - I've watched all of yours and they've helped heaps. Is there any way that we can get a pes file back into Canvas? Say if you want to do more applique?

I am not sure what you mean, you cannot open any file other than FCM, SVG or DXF in canvas. you can make an FCM appliqué shape of a pes file and open that in canvas.

My essentials program doesn’t have all of the same options… where the red question mark is and to the left of that… hmmm

In embrilliance essentials go to view, manage view and make sure everything is selected
