Thanks for putting yourself out there like that Steve. The positivity is great, it picked me up. I’ve been a remodeling contractor on the South Shore for15 years and it’s like this most every year. If you stay focused on your business the seasons present opportunities to prepare and grow. I use any down time to get CE credits for my licenses, take some marketing courses, make new contacts and other improvement oriented projects. You can still make hay while the sun shines it’s just a colder sun and different hay, lol.
Hi Steve, I am a new junk removal business owner and have never experienced the transition from the off-peak winter months to the warmer months. How does the amount of jobs and call volume compare from February to April to June? For example is June about double the amount of revenue and number of calls from February? I am in a climate similar to Boston (we have cold winters and warmer summer months) and don't know what to expect for my first spring. I appreciate all the content you put out for junk haulers!
