And that one statement alone explains why American magazines should NOT be commenting on the British Monarchy as they have no idea of how it works. All America knows is greedy politicians who go into office and become multimillionaires, lining their own pockets at the expense of the taxpayers whose views they promised to uphold when campaigning. Well actually, The King relinquishes the revenue from hereditary income and crown estates for the benefit of all. The sovereign grant is not given for nothing!! Watch the king swear his accession oath. He outlined it there. The King mentioned it at the accession council, relinquishes the crown estate and income for the sovereigns grant. In 2023 and 2024 the sovereigns grant was 86.3M. £442.6 million for the nation’s finances, £129.9 million higher than the previous year. And that comes from the crown estate UK

@@pavarangi the fact Harry and Meghan told the Queen to hurry up and die when he went asking for money. I wouldn’t be shocked if Charles left him out of the will.
Fact is though most of everything will be left to William for tax purposes. The monarch leaves everything to the heir presumptive. The Queen did that with Charles. Meghan got none of the Queens personal jewelry. Most went to Catherine.
