Yes, I do! As soon as my web designer can get them added to the site they will be up. I have a "mild" counter part to the "original" that you see me use all the time and I also have a lemon pepper that is also a one-stop-shop seasoning.
Aaaaw thanks Hun, we're in the middle of very hectic schedules but I still wanted to keep bringing you guys good recipes in a timely manner even if it meant doing the videos like this by myself. We're going to have both types of videos. This way I can still stay in the loop with you guys. My next video will be addressing viewer cooking/recipe questions. Change can be good sometimes...
CAROLYN............as usual , a wonderful recipe . you're the only one , I have come across so far , with real lump crabmeat in your crabmeat salad ...............all are good , real and imitation . imitation would be better for a large gathering but at home ........this works . thanks for sharing.................
Carolyn I am really enjoying watching all your recipes and also I wonder how u cook your black eyed peas and were can your seasonings be purchased. And thank you
Thank you for replying! I have watched your channel for some years now, love your recipes, the accomplishments and success you have made with your seasoning products!
Yummmmm.....just the thing for a hot summer's day, no hasslin' with the hot stove and all, some yummy crab salad and crackers! Thumbs up beautiful and i will check them links out for the baked beans,...hmm, with pineapple? Never tried this version before, but it has gotta be SCRUMPTIOUS!!! =)
Well, if you count a 3 to 4oz portion per person then that works out to be about 4 to 5 servings per pound. So that works out to be 8 or 9 lbs. If it's an appetizer or main course ask yourself, "How much will 1 person eat as a portion, possibly? 2oz, 3oz, 4oz?" You know your guests and how they eat for the most part. From there figure the servings per pound based on the portion size.
Thank you sharing your recipe - It was very informative! however I just have 1 question. Of all the recipes I've seen, no one mentions about washing the crab meat or not before you begin adding ingredients ( in the pre packaged packaging NOT IN THE CAN ) I'm just wondering if you recommend washing the crab meat or not first to have the fishy taste gone?? Thank you
No, I don't advise rinsing crab meat that has been removed from the shell. If you rinse it you're going to be rinsing the flavor off. Now, if you don't like it then that's another story. If I were you I'd explore and see which type crab meat I should buy to suit my taste, blue crab, king crab, snow crab, etc. I only QUICKLY rinse crab legs, that are in the shell, but I do mean QUICK, I'm aiming at the shell not the meat.
Im so glad i came across your videos you r great r you from the bay area i heard in one of your videos a city out here where u sell your seasonings anyway i look forward to more videos and trying out your seasonings...take carw
No problem Rachel! Your message was sent to my mailbox, I got it. Every time I was going to call you and update you on the website it was too late to be calling. My day job has also been keeping me busy as well. Don't be surprised if I call you lol
You know, I was going to ask you for a low-fat version but, this is not bad. .. What do you think of low fat mayonnaise... Or don't be shocked, low-fat Miracle Whip? I know I know you either love it or hate it. I'm going to try. We'll see what happens.
Love how you used kitchen gloves to separate crabmeat. It's just polite and a good practice these days because there are so many people with compromised immune systems. Often it looks to me like many of the bare handed RUclips cooks really enjoy playing with the food. Yuk!

+Nick Jim Yeah 3 days would probably be the limit to leave it in the fridge after you've made it.
Thanks. It's a gel. The sample color was light silver but after putting two coats on it turned into a dark greyish color.

If you use the Grand Diamond All Purpose seasoning can I eliminate the Kosher Salt, since the mayo and mustard also has sodium?
Awesome!
Thanks :D

What’s the greenery in the crab salad??
Okay, I see two other seasons, on the counter do you have more than one product?
I have a video under my Holiday Series for the black eyed peas and my seasoning can be purchased at gdseasoningdotcom. Thanks so much :)
You too Lester :)

How long do you leave it in the fridge
Maybe an hour or two.
Love the recipe and your presentation, but please post your recipes below.
This looks so good but u always make me hungry. I can't watch u late at night or when i'm am on a diet. Just on cheat days.
can you give a crab cake recipe
Sure you can put roasted red peppers in your seafood salad if that's what you want. Freedom is a beautiful thing :)
No, thank you for watching :D
