Got mine like 2 months ago after the second ride the handlebar already doesnt fit in its socket anymore and wobbles really hard..which makes it unusable...folding mechanism on the handlebar is really strong you need 2 hands to even open it..folding is also a lil bit pain in the a..because the bike has no hold while and after its folded and its heavy..i underestimated how heavy it really is..the 80km range is impossible to ride..maybe 40km if you are really lite..but in general i would say for the most ppl a 20km range is standard

Happened to me as well, i have both z20 and z16. The battery in z20 seems to be drops very quickly compared to z16. It got reduced 1 bar just after 1-2 KM after full charge

Sorry, maybe I forget to put this in the video. The handle was mounted already. You just need to use the lever in the middle to adjust it to a confortable position. The you can finish adjusting the brakes position by unscrewing and screwing the screws
Hey man, I also ahve a Z20 and wonder if you know how to adjust the rear brake. The pad adjustor nut cannot be reached because it is blocked by the motor hub. Cheers

It depends on hundreds of factors. Without pedaling on a not very step terrain lasted for around 25 km for me. Accordingly to specs with eco mode and peddaling 80 Km
I think for London you will be able to go anywhere and coma back with one charge. Without pedalling 25 km. Pedalling in London I guess something between 40 and 50 km

My Himo Z20 had a throttle, I sold already the Z20 I can not check the throttle I had. I sent several emails and messages to Himo but they never reply. Now I got a Fiido and I have already exchaged some email, they answer in less than 1 day
The throttle only works in mid and high mode. You need to boost the bike a little bit to it start to work. In eco mode throttle do not work. You just need to pedal

Espectacular e-bike: la utilizo para hacer 40 km cada dia, y si la conduzco en modo eco y medio, me aguanta sin problemas, con un desnivel en cada recorrido de 20 Km de 200 metros de subida y de bajada, y un peso de 90 kg. Aspectos negativos a destacar: las pinzas y discos de freno que son de pesima calidad (hay que cambiarlos); la luz trasera es penosa (no va alimentada con la bateria); la luz frontal es muy mejorable; y los guardabarros son una mierda literal. No pagaria más de 550€, que creo que es su precio justo. Sustituyendo las pinzas y los discos de freno, la e-bike sube a otro nivel. Yo ademas la he añadido luces delanteras y posteriores (con intermitentes) porque circulo también de noche.

I have not tried D4S. I found Z20 heavy, I just need to put it on the car and I not carring it up stairs. Design Z20 looks much cool from my point of view. Z20 looks more robust and I now some times I'm going to use it a little bit offroad, D4S offroad I do not know... good price for d4s
@@esesylvyu1602 Esta bien para moverse por la ciudad o un pueblo. Estoy acostumbrado al patinete de 500W y claro la bici no tira tanto. Ayuda un poquito, suficiente. Si tu ciudad/pueblo es plano sin problema, si hay cuestas un poco más justita. Los frenos perfectos, las machas también. Se puede regular bien el sillín. El manillar me queda un poco bajo (186cm). Si la tienes que cargar o subir por las escaleras pesa mucho. Yo la uso para ir a la ciudad aparcar tranquilamente y luego ir hasta el trabajo en bici. No es muy comodo para plegarla y meterla en el coche, si lo comparo con un patinete. La bateria tengo la sensación de que dura muy poco, enseguida estoy con 3/5 o 2/5 barras. La pintura se ralla enseguida. Mañana saco otro video de como poner el candado a la bici y sacare algunos más dando feedback tras unas semanas. También quiero hacer uno probando cuante distancia llegas. Si te subscribes y le das a la campanita te avisará cuando los saque. Alguna duda o pregunta que tengas?
On himo z20, I have an error code "22H" in MID and HIGH mode so it doesn't work (can't be driven). Has anyone experienced this and what is the solution?
Alhamdulillah, I have found problem. Earlier, I accidentally pulled the shifter up, the code 22H doesn't appear. When the shifter position is lowered, the code 22H appears again. So put the shifter on and tighten the bolt (So, it's not changing gears, but move the shifter handle pulled on the handlebar). And yes .... it can be normal again. But I'm curious if the shifter doesn't have a cable connection to the controller. But the important thing is normal again. Tks for the inspiration.
Tienes que pedalear al principio en todos los modos. El ECO es el único que es pedaleo asistido. En mid y en high una vez coge velocidad no hace falta pedalear
My personal USER REVIEW : Location UK FINAL VERDICT : DONT BUY any of these unreliable bikes. They will fail you unsuspectingly in few weeks of usage. I had two diff brands (one was HIMO Z20 by Xiomi) for few months till recently. Don't be fooled by the fancy specs.... Review points below : 1. The electronics and battery is a gimmick, will FAIL you suddenly after few weeks of use, unexpected power surges and make it ACCIDENT prone on the road. 2. The bike is TOO heavy to fold by just one person and the latches to fold are super hard that fingers slip and hurt. The bike folds too thick which is never shown in the vids properly. Taking them in and out of train was a nightmare 3. Assisted range is LESS than 20 km or 12-13 miles, then it becomes a dead weight to cycle hard. The odo never displays the true range and barely visible in the daytime. 4. Headlight is just a fancy KIDS torchlight. The seat pump is seems good to have at first but adds to deadweight, this impractical, it better to have a small pump handy instead which is just a few grams. 5. The WORST is the customer service, they will motivate you to just get rid of this junk to some unsuspecting second owner, instead to giving a service assistance/ advice or a prompt refund.
Hi AP Mayank, Thanks for your feedback! I bought myself the bike and I have never been in touch with Himo. As a user of this bike I agree and disagree with some of the things you wrote. I had the bike for a year and did only 276 Km because of Covid. 1. I had no problem with the baterry or the electronics, no failures. It is true that I did used this bike only 276Km. 2. I agree that the bike is heavy and takes a lot of effort fold but I was able to fold it myself as I demo in the video. It is not a bike that I would bring to the metro because it is to heavy to go on stairs, specially if you have to be changing metro lines. 3. I disagree with the range you say. I tested my self and without pedalling I did 25Km and pedalling between 35 and 40 Km. I did not have any problem to see the odo. The range shown by the baterry indicator is super wrong agree. 4. Headlight I did not used too much at night, I agree that it is not to ride on the darkness but more to be visible while riding in the city with street lamps. 5. No idea never needed. I think for the price I paid 735€ I got such a good bike. Shame of Covid could not used/tested more...

Pedal assist only works on ECO mode. I bought it on Aliexpress from Poland. In Spain mid and high mode are not compliacence

So put the shifter on and tighten the bolt (So, it's not changing gears, but move the shifter handle pulled on the handlebar). And yes .... it can be normal again. But I'm curious if the shifter doesn't have a cable connection to the controller. But the important thing is normal again. Tks for the inspiration.

Tienes que pedalear al principio en todos los modos. El ECO es el único que es pedaleo asistido. En mid y en high una vez coge velocidad no hace falta pedalear

Agree. It depends in many factors. When I did the range test without pedaling only 25 km
I have the same one but can not use because in real it’s too big and bulky for me to take on dirts. Any dude want it I’ll pass for half price. Comment
My personal USER REVIEW : Location UK
FINAL VERDICT : DONT BUY any of these unreliable bikes. They will fail you unsuspectingly in few weeks of usage.
I had two diff brands (one was HIMO Z20 by Xiomi) for few months till recently. Don't be fooled by the fancy specs....
Review points below :
1. The electronics and battery is a gimmick, will FAIL you suddenly after few weeks of use, unexpected power surges and make it ACCIDENT prone on the road.
2. The bike is TOO heavy to fold by just one person and the latches to fold are super hard that fingers slip and hurt. The bike folds too thick which is never shown in the vids properly. Taking them in and out of train was a nightmare
3. Assisted range is LESS than 20 km or 12-13 miles, then it becomes a dead weight to cycle hard. The odo never displays the true range and barely visible in the daytime.
4. Headlight is just a fancy KIDS torchlight. The seat pump is seems good to have at first but adds to deadweight, this impractical, it better to have a small pump handy instead which is just a few grams.
5. The WORST is the customer service, they will motivate you to just get rid of this junk to some unsuspecting second owner, instead to giving a service assistance/ advice or a prompt refund.

I bought myself the bike and I have never been in touch with Himo. As a user of this bike I agree and disagree with some of the things you wrote.
I had the bike for a year and did only 276 Km because of Covid.
1. I had no problem with the baterry or the electronics, no failures. It is true that I did used this bike only 276Km.
2. I agree that the bike is heavy and takes a lot of effort fold but I was able to fold it myself as I demo in the video. It is not a bike that I would bring to the metro because it is to heavy to go on stairs, specially if you have to be changing metro lines.
3. I disagree with the range you say. I tested my self and without pedalling I did 25Km and pedalling between 35 and 40 Km. I did not have any problem to see the odo. The range shown by the baterry indicator is super wrong agree.
4. Headlight I did not used too much at night, I agree that it is not to ride on the darkness but more to be visible while riding in the city with street lamps.
5. No idea never needed.
I think for the price I paid 735€ I got such a good bike. Shame of Covid could not used/tested more...
