All those cops walking out of the courthouse around the one that was charged was nothing more than a gang trying to show solidarity. They keep trying to tell us that it is only a few bad apples, but all the supposed 'good apples' are standing with the bad one. If the police are going to be judge, jury and executioner then the people should have the right to defend themselves by any means possible. What good is it if a jury finds that your arrest was unjustified, six months after your dead?

They would never pick me for jury duty, but if I did sit on a jury in which a citizen defended himself from illegal use of force, Im voting not guilty. We are either acquitting or we're going to be a hung jury.

Qualified Immunity says that if there isn't a SPECIFIC Case Law saying their actions are wrong they are granted QI. So that means that if they jump into your car even though you haven't committed a crime and they shoot and kill you if there isn't a Case Law that says they can't Jump in your car and kill you they are granted Qualified Immunity!!!
