I made this (not exact measurements) but with the same cooking methods + ingredients. It’s SOOO good!! All the green salsa I get usually have no spice. I added more spice and it has such nice flavor with a kick to it. It’s honestly one of the best green sauces I’ve had. 🥳💃🏾🕺
@freddsters I talked it up man... I was stoked. Followed the recipe to the smallest detail. Underwhelming. Wayyy underwhelming. My Mexican grandma said and I quote "that might make an okay taco salsa. You don't want to dip any chips in that."
Your salsa Verde looks good. I make my own version of salsa Verde. I love tomatillos since the mid 2000s when I was in a restaurant with my Honduran friend.
I make it all the time, the longest it’s lasted before I finish it is almost 3 weeks. I’m sure it can go longer. A little lime juice helps preserve it too
I made this and had it stand in the blender for a min The salsa separate like the water on the bottom and the rest on the top. I hrew it away I thought something was wrong 🤔 the only thing not added was cilantro
That will happen when you blend something that has oil and water. Throwing it away maybe not the best idea, just mix with a spoon and you're good to go.
Made this today and it came out amazing! Thanks for sharing.
Good to know thanks

Good recipe, never thought about adding chicken bouillon. I think beef would be better but still good 👍
About how much does it make?
Can put in fridge after this? How long will last? Is anyone can say it?

Can this be frozen? I freeze my cilantro in ice cubes. I just make so much and it’s only two of us.
Nah not for me Red Chile’s Belong to Red Tomatoes Not Green Ones.
