I love this months box! From my childhood, we used to dress up as hobo's and we would tie a nap sack on a pole and carry it over our shoulders with tattered clothes. Thank you for all you do, you are so appreciated!!
My favorite costumes that I made were for my Twin granddaughters during the time the movie "Frozen" came out. I just remember all of the glitter fabric. I had glitter all over the place. On my face, in my hair. The good thing is that they both loved the costume afterwards and I enjoyed making them and seeing their faces when I had completed them. They wore them proudly and made a point to tell everyone that I had made it.
My favorite costume was Big Tex - a 50’ man that welcomes everyone to the Texas State Fair! I’m only 5’3 so it was exciting to represent such a large character❤️!

Mine was an M&M costume I made out of red firm felt and I applique a smirky face and the M&M logo on front. It was a huge circle and I cut holes for my arms and then wore white turtle neck, white sweats and white gloves. No pattern. That was about 25 years ago and I still have it.
