The music is incredibly calming :)
Thank you so much for this video, it is exactly what I needed today!
Thanks Kev!
This was super helpful, thanks!
Thanks so much! You saved me a headache!
It's ludicrous that you need to create a separate alpha texture in this way. Surely there must be a better way to do this in Substance.
Did you find it
omg, genius !!! thank you so much !
very helpful, thanks
Hey, thank you for the video. It worked for me and I see the alpha/transparency in painting mode. However when I go into render mode it doesn't translate and its back to the regular diffuse. I do not see any options in the render settings to turn the opacity on. Is there a way or is this a substance painter limitation?
Thank you!
Your videos are incredibly helpful. What happened to "posting once a week"? 🤔
Life... :)
Thanks!
my textures (UDIM) wont show when I switch to "pbr metal rough with alpha test" but yours do. I'm thinking this technique doesn't work with UDIMs?
I don't use UDIMs so I don't know?
Thaaaank you so much!
i added opacity and baked the map but the opacity option is not avilable in properties tab
just add it on Texture and settings
tnx man :)))very useful😉
no "op" for me in the layer
