i got an electrified rolling pin, that has a chance to elcetrify a target on a succesful block. I have the big leagues perk, so i started to use it for fun. Then i realized i'm overpowered if i can kill super mutants with a rolling pin
when i first started playing Fallout4 i kept on collecting weapons thinking i can repair them then i found out that the weapons have infinite condition
Taha Killer if you play FO NV or 3, weapon in the game could eventually be broken as it's condition deteriorate every time you use it. To repair it, you need to combine 2 same weapon with same name and type to restore it's condition, or use scrap to repair it.
I hate the troubleshooter's and junkies effects mostly due to the fact that 1. Not too many robots to fight 2. I have the perks that makes me immune to addiction of both chems and alcohol
I really hate the junkie's effects because usually the second i get addicted, I go out to find some addictol. plus, i really only use charisma boosting chems. (Love me some grape mentats.)
for number 10, i dont mind using the slowed down time, i usually just have a smaller magazine with the quick-eject effect on the magazine. So i dont find a problem with it
The Dankster well he said that lol... only best work when you have a magazine lower than 10 to make this effect useful like using it on revolver or double barrel shotgun
The Dankster I use it to notify myself to reload and get to cover. Very useful for running to a barricade or something like that so that I can reload safely.
Hah, the Pool Cue... That's just a Board in disguise! (lol) I wouldn't even go through the trouble of selling it. I'd scrap it for the wood! But with the effect it's worth a few caps... So, that's a good call!
Honestly, if the fucking blade mod for the pool cue gave it extra reach and a stab animation similar to bayonets, i would have probably made a spear hunter character just for the novelty. But since none of that happens...
I'm not sure that would work yes they play fallout 4 but oxhorn is more about lore and stories and rpg elements puma is more into the improved combat guns and weapons ie the fps elements notice oxhorn style fits across fallout 3 and new vegas while puma would have less content to make as less weaponry focus
It ignores 30 percent of physical damage resistance and energy resistance, which is why it is useless on a gamma gun since the gamma gun only deals radiation damage which is reduced by radiation resistance.
I once dropped a troubleshooters gamma gun. For these who dont know troubleshooters effect gives 50% more damage to robots.. Gamma gun does radiation damage...
I miss the Chinese Assault Rifle, Xuanlong from Fallout 3 😞 Gorgeous rifle, good damage (especially for lower level players at the start), good reload, quick fire and as someone who doesnt use vats much its brilliant for keeping your game flowing without pausing. Never lost a fight if I had that gun. So when Fallout 4 changed Assault Rifle... 😞
Chinese assault rifle was meant to be in the game. It got scraped and now the handmade is the closest you have. The fallout 4 assault rifle is well, the new version of fallout 3 "assault rifle"... I know, shocker.
Puma you have to also take into account your level in-game. if you are a higher level than the average player some enemies level with you, so when you say the mini-gun dosen't do a lot of damage to the average player its a fairly good weapon.
The troubleshooter's effect is actually really good if you do any playthrough against the institute. All synths, disguised or otherwise, are affected by the perk.
Good weapons 1. Two shot assault rifle 2. Spray and pray 3. Furious power fist 4. Pickmans blade 5. The deliverer Good explosive ones 1. Big boy with the mrv upgrade
Some more good weapons Aeternus. Gatling laser with true infinite ammo. Throatslicer. Pickman's blade on steroids. Two shot/Instigating Gauss Rifle. Splattercannon (furious handmade rifle). Deadeye western revolver. One of the best effects for that pistol. Overseer's Guardian... Explosive combat shotgun (another super OP weapon) Kiloton Radium Rifle (that thing wrecks havoc) Explosive minigun ...and many more
Got a resolute double barrel shotgun. Quite fun to use once fully upgraded. The first hit slightly damages the enemy and the second one gives me all the time to land a nice close up headshot.
The violent ledgandary effect makes automatic weapons almost unusable. It makes any recoil reducing mod completely useless and the recoil itself is so strong
That's why recoil compensation grips and muzzle brakes both exist and can be simultaneously attached. They're also mandatory if planning to use Le Fussil Terribles without the recoil making you look at the sky.
I had a Ghoulslayer 10mm. I converted it to automatic for my commando build. It's great for dealing with swarms. Most of the others are a nice occasional bonus, but nothing I go out of my way to look for.
I found a furious submachine gun and it is actually really good the high fire rate stacks that damage really quickly it takes out behemoths super fast.
the first legendary I got in this game was called "penetrating baton" after a few short chuckles, and a name change to "rapey wiggum" I soon got rid of it.
yeah, because all your sons life is to you is a experiment like vault-tec. humans are test subjects to social experiments except vault 81. also, what if you could cure addictions by going to vault 95 and using the seat that cait sits in during her companion mission? that would be odd
Commander leon Shepard yeah but why would he do that 60 years later? When you're released if you go to the tanks in the next room it says something like "tanks empty, stasis failing."
I have an irradiated shishkebab called "Toxic Scourge." I have all melee perks, and nuclear physicist, maxed out. With my legendary raider armor I slay all humans out in the east coast. Back to my married life!!!
During the quest when you get Righteous Authority (Sorry I forgot the quest name) one raider and a pipe revolver. It had a cyro effect which was overpowered. Surprisingly one of my best guns.
One time I got a semi-auto pipe rifle that did like 48 damage per bullet with an explosion effect, and you could shoot super quickly by spamming the trigger, and I had thousands of 38. bullets cuz they're so common.
My first Legendary item was an Acrobat's metal left leg,but the first legendary was a Freezing Cane. But the second one made up for it.A Violent Gauss Rifle is pretty effective.even if I rarely take it out.I use the railway rifle more.
headhunter 9865 50%? I'm pretty sure instigating is 100% and yeah it's pretty good for sniping, but laser musket will eventually suck, though at level 17 I'd say it's not bad at all.
actually laser muskets stay relevant as sniping weapons far into the game since their upgrades are so good for it, a four-crank musket with the instigating effect and the x2 sneak damage can one-shot mostly everything up until lvl 25ish, and for the few things that do not die you have crits.
If you are a sniper and hate mirelurcks go get Reba ll from Barney at rocks family home. It does 25% to mirelurcks and bugs (or is it 50% I can't remember)
Your level doesn't matter much. A Laser Musket can be modded to do reasonably impressive damage. If you can bring that up high enough so the first strike REALLY hurts a healthy opponent (like reducing their life bar to half), then this Legendary effect *can* be useful. I'd rather have the Two-Shot effect, though. Because that adds impressive damage to EVERY shot.
Pipe weapons are awesome mostly because the ammo is very cheap and easy to get and the mods are very easy to get as well and you can make snipers and SMGs from them
The game in general was pretty disappointing. I've been a die hard fan since FO3 and it was pretty disappointing FOR ME. I hated the protagonist being able to voice over, I hated the Skyrim like spawning, and I just hated the fact that this game felt NOTHING like a post-apocalyptic game in general. The more I play it, the more of just would like to go back to FO3...hell....even New Vegas. The "hand holding" is almost non existent and beyond less fluid than it's predecessors to boot. Overall score out of ten for A FALLOUT GAME I'd give it 4/10. Bethesda...you can do better.
sparky_playz no they aren't especially fallout new vegas as it is so different by having new vegas not as blasted out unlike all the others (the institute do not count)
Ham Steaks in my opinion I prefer fallout 4 over the other games for its better controls. I just find it more fluid to play. I also prefer it's graphics and its art style. When I played 3 I really disliked it since it's looks like your walking through a barren wasteland full of diarrhea. New Vegas was way better than 3 but it was still at it a core the same gameplay and it's just too difficult to jump on things and look around, especially on console.
Ham Steaks seems unfair but the prop scrapping is rubbish like 20 steel from a whole car or something also i like i dont have to repair items every second the most annoying part about it i would give it like 5/10 cause i can find enemies very high above ur level that just shred you to pieces
I always get excited when i see a legendary missile launcher. I dont use missile launchers because theyre heavy as hell, the ammo drops rarely and is super expensive. But i always get excited when i see one because they are one of the most valuable weapons to sell. I usually trade it in for a bunch of ammo that im short on
If you invest one perk point or SPECIAL points in the beginning of the game into luck, you can get the perk to find more ammo in containers. Stack this up throughout your playthrough and youll be selling ammo because you have too much of it lol
Theres 4 ranks in this, and the final rank would be the most useful in an ammo scarce situation. It has a chance of giving you ammo when firing the last bullet in a clip, i havent tried this myself but if it is that high in ranks the chance is probably pretty good. Btw the perk is named scrounger if youre interested
A Junkie Walking Cane is the perfectly themed weapon for Mama Murphy,
Rangersly i gave it to her and she one shot a deathclaw
Rangersly yeah that is the only reason I would keep it
Anonymous person so she has lots of addictions.
I used one for my greg house build
Holy shit I never thought about that
Crippling Walking Cane is a pretty funny weapon when you think about it.
jamesworkshop for the cripple that wants to share his pain with others
jamesworkshop It’s ironic
jamesworkshop it's the same thing as the striker. It had the crippling effect and was made for a guy in a wheelchair to bowl
lmao
The preferred weapon of Dr. Gregory House.
I got a freezing flamer in nuka world I never used it because I was too busy laughing
Halo Mastery That's, thats pretty fucking amazing omg
Halo Mastery fuck physics
Ik this is late but its so hot its freezing 😂😂
its... the opposite of dry ice
dry ice is supposed to be so cold its hot
the flamer shoots flames so hot its cold
Halo Mastery freezing flamer is actually kinda op for stunning enemies.
"Is anyone excited about the Junkie's Walking Can they just got?"
You scoff, but no Dr House build is complete with it. ;-)
"Its always radiation sicknesses" - the last survivor/ opiate addicted cripple
It’s never lupus
The first legendary weapon I ever got in fallout 4 was a junkie's rolling pin
Lmao NICE😅
Stephen Nelson same
Stephen Nelson I think same with me but I got another which was a freezing pipe pistol around same time.
Stephen Nelson your profiles picture was your reaction
Stephen Nelson first I got was a quad barrel two shot missile launcher :)
Ghoul Slayer's Gamma Gun = op
Overseer's Guardian = worst gun in the game
Scorpi0 so true tho
Scorpi0 two shot mirv launcher(fat man)
so i named it "the lagging death"
.... Gsgg +melee hancock?
Scorpi0 ikr its traaaash no dmg at alo
Psssh Medic's Fat Man is clearly the best
medic's rocket launcher could be potentially used as a rocket jumper.
Given that explosions deal knockback in the game, of course.
i got an electrified rolling pin, that has a chance to elcetrify a target on a succesful block. I have the big leagues perk, so i started to use it for fun. Then i realized i'm overpowered if i can kill super mutants with a rolling pin
Did you use the weapon workbench or did you find it? I wanna get that i have the big leagues perk too
@@permanentlyabandoned I think I'm Late probably, but I think it is a Legendary effect.

What you mean by repairing weapons?
Taha Killer if you play FO NV or 3, weapon in the game could eventually be broken as it's condition deteriorate every time you use it. To repair it, you need to combine 2 same weapon with same name and type to restore it's condition, or use scrap to repair it.
Ok cool, i never played 3 or NV
A furious walking cane on a character named Grumpy Old Man actually sounds like a boss play through.
How about a mini gun that dose more damage with each consecutive hit?
Sovietgrandpa 66 op
A ripper with an increased stagger chance is one of the best weapons for a melee build.
An Irradiated Flamer more op than you think to both enemy and yourself
That's too op but the ammo tho
The nocturnal effect is over powered. I had a plasma rifle that did 400 damage at night time. Of course, during the day it only did like 80 damage.
Once I got a board with a 25% faster reload speed
MOOMOO MINECRAFT TOP 10 ANIME BETRAYALS
MOOMOO MINECRAFT
But... How does board reload? Bethesda logic.
MOOMOO MINECRAFT
so i got the legendary effect that adds damage and bleeding
on a fat man
yeah
like the bleeding is gonna work
MOOMOO MINECRAFT DA FACK
there is no melee weapin with 25% faster reload speed

Imagine if it was on a minigun.
Jeez that'd be beyond redundant
this is why I have the legendary mod that lets me break down legendaries and get effect chips from them.
I've found a Junkies Pool Cue once. Picked it up and sold it.
Hah, the Pool Cue... That's just a Board in disguise! (lol) I wouldn't even go through the trouble of selling it. I'd scrap it for the wood! But with the effect it's worth a few caps... So, that's a good call!

Would a medic's gamma gun work the opposite way and damage ghouls?
jkk 643 it would still heal them, as the medic effect cancels out all other effects
since a gamma gun heals ghoul, and you put the medic effect on it (which is still healing then) i think no.

#1 Goul Slayer's Gamma Gun or Staggering MIRV Launcher
Kneecaper flare gun
i cant help but feel the first legendary effect would be amazing on a double barrel shotgun
I feel like that would be straight up cheating
I got a penetrating gamma gun a few days ago. It was pretty useless
Barch Poop one of the better effects it does not suck
Barch Poop havent played fo4 in awhile . whats the effect?

also i like i dont have to repair items every second
the most annoying part about it
i would give it like 5/10 cause i can find enemies very high above ur level that just shred you to pieces
Ham Steaks Ok
Since it can drop, Ghoul Slayer's Gamma Gun should have been #1 on this list.
i got that god awful Ghoul slayer's gamma gun at the glowing sea.... from a legendary ghoul.
i wish a made a wall of shame for that thing.
I have played fallout a lot, with a couple days in it, but I've never even heard of a radium rifle until I found it around 2 days ago
Epicness 00 do u have the far harbor dlc bc that's how you get it
Yona Shay yeah, I bought it as soon as it came out, I guess I was just really unlucky
I always get excited when i see a legendary missile launcher. I dont use missile launchers because theyre heavy as hell, the ammo drops rarely and is super expensive. But i always get excited when i see one because they are one of the most valuable weapons to sell. I usually trade it in for a bunch of ammo that im short on
Justin Morgan .50 cals and .308 rounds are a pain am i right? Both are not easy to find and cost so fucking much.
Once I killed a legendary enemy, and it dropped an "Exterminator's Gamma Gun," which "Does 50% more damage against Mirelurks and bugs." -_-
Before I watched this video, I thought to my self. 'The crippling pipe pistol better be #1'
Got Junkie effect on a deathclaw gauntlet, it was a fun way to explores one gameplay styles I wouldn’t normally go for
