Perfect laptop for me, it has performance 3060, and is cheap $649, RGB backlit so I can take it to work, and I normally use it on an external monitor so I don't care about the original screen quality.
You can take it to work, thats great! In a backpack? Or a handbag?

Are you sure the memory supports upto 64GB? Because the website says only upto 32GB. I'm confused.
Maybe 32 in a single channel, 64 total in dual channels
I had a extra stick of 32gb of ram laying around and threw it in and it recognized it in the bios and windows so it should be good over 32

it should not use SATA, it uses NVME SSDs

You'll have to replace the whole motherboard. That's why I prefer a Gaming Desktop
Unless you're a professional repairmen, who can solder and flash mobo bios, then the prior comment is correct.

Yes but the other slot which is on the right(I think)only supports gen3 but its fine since the ssd is backward compatible so it will still work
Hey , my Nitro 5 laptop is showing black screen after I closed lid of laptop. While doing so , at first I put my laptop in sleep mode and was about to close lid , at 30 degree the screen unlocked..still I closed the lid [I was at low charge 20-25 %]
No Acer logo , keyboard lit, caps and other key works, I can login to windows 11 blindly (welcome sound comes)
Few months ago, I had black screen while is using laptop, at that time force restart fixed
But now , tried many things . Holding power button and restarting, ctrl+win+shift+b several times etc...I am out of warranty..

No…It supports only PCIe Gen 3 SSD’s…I own this model…Any questions, feel free to ask…

You mentioned 1 m.2 slot supports pcie and sata drive, while the other only pcie. So, the pcie also means nvme?
Yes it does mean Nvme PCIe Gen 3. I own this model which is Best in Budget and I’ve customised it by upgrading to 32 GB Ram (16GB* 2) and m.2 slots to 1 TB Samsung 970 Evo plus for OS and Editing and another m.2 with 2TB Samsung 970 Evo plus purely for gaming…
To improve Ram, which ram model did you use ?

@@hridaimanav3620 actually you can use PCIe gen 4 too, motherboard supports 4th gen. So if you guys want you can buy Samsung pro 980 or 990 too.
I add 2 ram of 16 gb kingstom and it gives me a blue screen :(

And one more - Can i upgrade it's SSD to Gen 4 2TB ?
I heard some people get the 64gb working but only at 2666mhz and yeah u can upgrade to maximum of 2tb but the other pcie slot is only gen3 but the ssd is backward compatible so it will still work

@@seanq5223 the price for them to upgrade to very basic decent dual channel RAM during production is almost nothing. Especially for anything with an APU that literally doubles its performance with better RAM in some cases
Why doesnt my work???😭 2 years old and it's dead!
I own one of these and they are great for a year. The cooling isnt strong enough, the systems arnt efficient enough, so it heats uo and stays hot, throttle the fps and kills your battery life. Spend 100$ more on a better laptop. I wish i did.
Remember to maintain your pcs. They don't just work forever
