I really love metal detecting but have never found anything any good. Back in like 2006 or so i bought a garrett ace 250 and would go detecting all the time but 8 years ago i went through a horrible divorce that changed my life around and had to pawn my metal detector. I hated that i had to do it. Ive been wanting to get another one ever since but never had the money to do so but i think god was on my side cause about a month ago i went to a bargain store and was looking around. I seen they had a garrett ace 400. I was like ok i bet it cost alot cause they had it in the front of store by the office and check out line where all the higher priced stuff is. I looked at the price and had to control myself from not yelling in excitment which i never do... somebody didnt know they cost like 339 dollars or didnt care. I figured it was a return or broke or something. The price said 12 dollars compared to 18 dollars! I bought that thing so fast! Got it home and found out its never been opened! It came with batteries, headphones, cover case and coil cover plus one of those 100 dollar or more wireless z-lynk headphone things. Nothing like that ever happens to me. I havent got to use it yet but thank god for it! I have major depression and have not really been doing any of my hobbies that much for years. Its gonna help me get out of the house more. Now i just need to find people near me that metal detect also to go with and so i can find some good spots.

A suggestion for your gear store: put together a strong tutorial video and go through the ATPro detector, in detail, based on your experience using it and add a private link to the purchase receipt. Have a great Christmas and happy hunting in the new year. All our best from the Great State of Texas!

Out of all the old homesites you've been to over the years, just think that at least 1 of them had jars of money or etc buried around them somewhere considering how many people buried their money back then. and you passed by it or missed it by a little. Wild

The buckles ranged in value from $300 for a garden-variety "US oval" to $35,000 for an ultra-rare, two-piece Confederate officer's sword buckle. A reproduction Union "US" Oval buckle manufactured by S&S Firearms.

You need to fashion yourself a foldable rake that you can strap to a pack and carry with you, that way you can rake some of the leaf litter out of the way. You should always have a machete with you too. One swipe of a machete and that root would have been toast.

Suggestion for you nuggetnoggin. Would love to see more water hunt videos in creeks and rivers when it warms up. I enjoyed seeing in previous videos when you found some civil war era buttons off of vintage civil war coats from both sides. It would be amazing to pick up a gardner bullet or a three ringer and know that this was actually an authentic part of the civil war. Just amazing.
