In the manga it’s actually Kaguya who drew the stuco attention to Ishigami case. Chika was the most upset about that situation and gathered proof of Ishigami’s innocence. I kinda feel bad that in the anime the spotlight was only on Prez when the others were also involved.
That whole episode hit home for me. I had to actually pause and walk away for a little bit when his "old friend" first shows up in the crowd during the weird festival thing.
Ike Sandercock don't mind me cursing but this man was only protecting the one person how talked to him and socialized with him and that asshole basically destroyed his social life even in high school kind of depressing and even after that he still stood he is honsetly an ausome carcter
Honestly I LOVED how they portrayed Ichigami. Usually when they make socially awkward characters they only stutter or are stressed in public but do it in a cute, lovable way. Ichigami's awkwardness seems much more realistic: being apathetic, saying bad, gross things because he's clueless or doesn't know where the boundaries are... And it makes sense, how COULD he know them if he was pushed away by everyone for years? With all that guilt, fear and loneliness! Such an interesting character and I constantly went BRRRROOOO, NOOOO ICHIGAMIIIIIIII T[]T, during his backstory. Also the scene with him dressing up with Kaguya WAS SO. FRICKIN. ADORABLE!!!
